Visited Kline’s for the first time recently when the AC in my vehicle stopped working. Bruce was thorough in explaining the process to diagnose the issue - we looked under the hood to make sure there were no restrictions, etc - he explained that they would charge it but there was no guarantee how long that would last. The AC worked for a few weeks then it stopped during one of the hottest weeks so far this year! I called and was able to get in the next day - I was grateful that I didn’t have to wait. Condenser was replaced and it was a great experience - excellent customer service and pricing.
