The only reason they get a 2 star is because the interacting thru email was very easy with them. Other than that don't trust any product you order from them. If you can't go in person and have someone experienced to come with you do not buy firearms from them. I read a lot of reviews before I ordered and saw a lot of bad reviews about customer service and decided that because I was ordering online a new shotgun I wouldn't have to deal much with bad customer service. The short interaction I had was the best part. The shotgun I received has parts that look tampered with and a completely non-functioning safety.
