Brought a new to me truck in for an alignment via recommendation from the used car lot and was told I needed to have the eccentric bolts and hardware replaced. I approved the work and when I got the vehicle back it had a pull to the right. Rotated tires to eliminate tire pull possibility and went through brake system to find all operated properly. Visually you could see the passenger side wheel was toed out with wheel straight ahead and driver's side appeared to be within specification. After 2 days of leaving messages at the shop I finally received a return call and was told they would see if there was anything they could do but excuses started pouring in regarding my vehicle model ( F-150 ) being notoriously difficult to align although every other garage I have spoken to denies knowing anything about said problem. After voicing my concern of wanting the job done right there was no guarantee that my vehicle would be returned with a proper alignment. After stating that I would have to use another garage to get the job done right I asked for a refund for the amount that I was initially charged and was told that they would not provide me with that refund. I would recommend anybody looking to have an alignment performed on their vehicle to stay far away from this establishment unless you want to be disappointed like I was unfortunately. Poor workmanship, followed by poor excuses, leading to distrust in the customer.
