“Visited Kline’s for the first time recently when the AC in my vehicle stopped working. Bruce was thorough in explaining the process to diagnose the issue - we looked under the hood to make sure there were no restrictions, etc - he explained that they would charge it but there was no guarantee how long that would last. The AC worked for a few weeks then it stopped during one of the hottest weeks so far this year! I called and was able to get in the next day - I was grateful that I didn’t have to wait. Condenser was replaced and it was a great experience - excellent customer service and pricing.”
“Amazing service!!! No wonder they got all great reviews! I just moved to town and ended up with a nail in my tire over the weekend. They couldn't get me in on Monday when I called so they opened a little early to squeeze me in on Tuesday. Super nice man (I wish I got his name). Smiling while talking to me and he didn't jerk me around at all like most mechanics do. I wasn't expecting such an amazing price to plug it up either. In and out in less than a half hour. The service was way above the actual dealership. My husband and I found our new "go to" spot with our new cars.”
“Not only is Rick an extremely competent mechanic but he is a nice friendly person to deal with too. And that matters a lot too. Along with doing a thorough bumper to bumper check up on my new 2019 Chevy pick up, he did a state inspection and filled my tire pressure on all four tires, and that's without me to saying a word. “We are super impressed with Klaver Auto! We thought we had a major problem with our car and told Jake at Klaver what we thought the problem was. He got us in asap and diagnosed the problem right away. It was something much less expensive than what we expected, and Jake gave us some tips to address the problem we had thought was going on. In another situation, Klaver again fit us in their schedule right away and kindly helped us avoid some unnecessary expenses. We also appreciated their generosity towards other local repair places - shout out to Bangor Tire & Auto's John and Karen! Both businesses support and refer customers to each other. Shop local!”
“If you have a European car you shouldn’t go anywhere else. When the Mercedes Benz dealership in Lehigh Valley fixed a recall on my car they also damaged my air compressor, so i obviously wasn’t going to bring my car back there. I’ve never had such quick and efficient work done with any mechanic especially with such a big job. Very honest and worth every penny”
