We have always worked with anyone who calls to advise us of any issues whether it be with the equipment or the estimate or the rental agreement. “My car broke down in the Costco parking lot and my car was stuck in reverse. I called AAA and 3 different tow companies declined me. Stephan came out and literally saved me. After over 5 hours of waiting for a tow truck from AAA, the call got sent to Stephan, within the hour he got to me and my car and got it started. He followed me to my mechanic shop to make sure I got there safely and was able to calm my nerves. All over a wonderful guy and would recommend his services to anyone!Service: Transmission”
