Me and my best friend decided to go to this salon for some pampering after having brunch and another self care/maintenance appointment in the area. When we walked in we were stared at for a while before being greeted. It felt pretty awkward. As I sat at the pedicure chair, I began to explain to the tech what I wanted. She acted confused as if my request was complicated although I was only asking for a French pedicure using not clear as the base, but “funny bunny” as the base and a pink line in place of white. Because the color i selected for my Manicure was pink. She began to get frustrated and Spanish to the tech working with my friend and then said “ok” to me. I let her work but I noticed she began to use a clear base for my pedicure. I reminded her of my color selection and she seemed agitated. She began to speak Spanish again and I could hear her saying “French manicure” in English so I knew she was speaking ABOUT me. The Pedicure was painted TERRIBLY. I began to realize that she could not properly do it and then she called someone over. THAT person made the line so thin that from a distance (looking down at my feet) you couldn’t see the pink line at all. I asked that it be made thicker. The woman who said that she would fix it then went to one of the rooms and left me waiting. When she came out she walked by me and I called for her and she ignored me. Instead she went to the same woman who originally did the poor French pedicure and rolled her eyes and said some things in Spanish including “mas grande” (bigger) and “pequeno (little). I don’t know much Spanish but I understand some words and knew that she was referring to me wanting my French line thicker. The original tech then came back over to fix it and because she already showed me that she cannot paint a French pedicure good, I asked her to just cancel the French and make it a solid color. She scrubbed the polish from my toes so hard and was so rough. I felt so uncomfortable I couldn’t wait to leave. As we were paying, the woman who rolled her eyes tried to charge me for a French pedicure. When i her that I only got a solid color she rolled her eyes AGAIN and sighed with such aggression! When my friend asked “are you mad at us!?” She responded “yes!” She handed me my receipt and I said thank you have a good day and she ignored me. They were so nasty and rude. The energy was off from the time we walked in and I should’ve known better than to spend my money here.

Anita did my nails and it is one of the most beautiful manicures I have ever had. Also, the salon is very comfortable and inviting and everyone is very kind.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. When I was picking the color of nail I wanted, I was having a hard time finding it, so I asked if they had the color I was looking for and the woman immediately said no and didn’t bother helping me find a similar color. Then I took a few more minutes and I guess I was taking “too long” because the woman made me sit down. Then she asked if my nails were real or acrylic, which I responded, acrylic. She said , “Oh, that’ll be an additional $25 since we have to soak the nail off.” I go, “I want to keep the acrylic and just change the polish color.” She goes, “ No, that takes too long this is how we do it here.” NEVER have I been told that the nail needed to come off when filing an acrylic nail and changing a nail color. It takes 5 minutes to file it off with an electric file. So I got up and left because they clearly can’t do basic nail work. And at that point I just felt uncomfortable and not welcomed.

I used to like this place. I came today and the nail tech was so rude. Not sure if it was because I came toward the end of the day or she was simply having a bad day. But her attitude was horrible. Won’t be returning.

I have been going to this nail salon regularly for about a year now and I love it. The prices aren’t bad and I am always happy with how my nails turn out. Staff is friendly. I would definitely reccomend!Services: Pedicure

I've been to this salon before and they've done a good job, but not today! Word to the wise, Be sure to say "no cut, just file" Otherwise you will have your nails completely cut off! Not a good job today!!

I was very displeased with my experience. I was rushed, I did not have the opportunity to soak my feet for the pedicure. When I immediately entered the salon, the manager if you will, greeted me nicely and I inquired if there was any availability for a gel pedicure. The manager says sure and then woman servicing another client wags her finger at me motioning for the word No.The manager then proceeds to take me to the back fill up the pedicure basin with water. She tells me that I have to wait. I am not upset by the need to wait as I am a walk-in client.To make a long story short, here are my issues with the salon:* my nail tech was unskilled at removing gel polish* my toe nails are all different lengths are a cut and they were filed uneven.* There was also lost of left over polish on my skin and cuticles. The nail tech cleans some of it up but I still see more so I’m picking it off. She assures me that it was skin but I don’t believe her and I think it was her job to nip all of the left over skin on my toes.*My nail tech does not say goodbye or direct to cash out* The older woman working next to my nail tech made a few none verbals comments about me as I am being serviced.* As I am leaving, the older woman does some sort of motion behind my back and another nail tech begins to laugh and I stated “Oh y’all laughing?” I am not sure if it was a middle finger or thumbs up as the other nail tech did it so quickly.* The manager explains to me the price point and I pay her in cash. Once I reach my car door, the manager proceeds to yell from door “Are you going to tip?” I proceed to tell her that “I was unhappy with my service and that they were laughing at me as I exited the establishment “* This salon is not welcoming or a safe place for women of color.Although the manager was pleasant, I am still disgusted and dissatisfied with my experience today. For 50 dollars, I should have had much better service and treatment!Service: Pedicure

Love this place so nice clean and have plenty of colors , a lots of opi colors and is next to the coffee place love the pedicure and manicure here

The worst nail salon I’ve ever experienced first thing they say when I walk in IS WHAT THEY CANT DO why are you a nail salon if you can’t do nails ? I hate this place and will never go back

First time and definitely coming back. Excellent service and comfortable free parking (which is so hard to find these days). I did a gel manicure and classic pedicure. Isabel was the nicest and did my nails with such dedication and perfection. I have the smallest nails, so I know my nails are very hard to paint and she did an extraordinary job. Thank you Isabel!! They also have an ATM inside in case you need cash. There’s a starbucks next door too. I’ve been looking for a place to do my nails for so long and I’m glad I found this place.

Shocking quality. Nail varnish came off in chunks within 24 hours. By 48 hours it had to all come off. Waste of time and money. Do it yourself is better than this place.
