4802 Parkside Ave, Philadelphia“Good experience over all. We got our puppy's first set of shots for 13.00, which is great. But you have to give the dog the shots yourself. We also got a huge bone for him to chew on. He loves it. We'll be back for our next set of shots.”
“Brought my dog here & he loves it. Bacon ice cream, vanilla ice cream & blueberry ice cream he tried. Nice gear & accessories & they have tons of treats you can get in a doggy bag. A tad bit pricey but its downtown center city so prices are going to be a bit high. A small shop that speaks volumes. I recommend for anyone who wants to doggy date with their pup”
“How cool is this shop? 1 stop shop for all your animals birthdays needs. Amazing customer service, fast turn around, and constant updates. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

1300 MacDade Boulevard #1, Woodlyn“Great freshwater fish selection! I didn't know they sold fish until I went inside one day and walked to the back. Very nice lady back there and they have live planted tanks!”
“Staff is consistently helpful, store seems generally well-maintained with a diverse selection of goods, and prices are competitive.I’m grateful to have them so close-by especially since I regularly wait until the last minute to buy food and usually need it same-day.”
“small store but has a well curated selection of products! prices are comparable to other pet stores in the area. friendly, helpful staff that are not overbearing”
“Great place to shop for all your pet needs and advice or suggestions. Adina is wonderful, staff is friendly and accommodating. Love the healthy variety of food and treats. ?”
“I like Petco. They seem to have more quality pet food than some of the other big pet store chains. I've not seen any of their small animals in distress, their cages are always tidy and they don't stink. Zeus, my twoodle, is allergic to chicken and turkey. Do you know how the hell hard it is to find dog food and treats for a picky doodle that has NO chicken or turkey?! Just in case you've missed my point, it's difficult and time consuming. At Petco I have actual choices. They also have a self bathe area with a harnessed tub so you can clean your own pet safely. One star docked for the prices. They have good budget friendly choices, but mostly it's a bit pricey. Worth it though not to see my dog trying to gnaw his own feet off (itchy and corn chip smelling feet can be indicative of an allergy) or refusing to eat. For your enjoyment, I have attached a picture of Zeus on his first snow day and 2 of my sweet boy desperately trying to make friends with the cat.”
“Easy to understand the high ranking they get. Great inventory availability, wide range of products, and super helpful! Worth the drive across Center City to shop there!”
“If you have a dog, you need to get yourself here! I am so in love with this sweet shop and will be stopping by every time I am in Manayunk, which is usually with my pooch since it's on our way back from hikes at the Wissahickon. This bakery has a play area which I didn't even realize until I went to write this review, and they also have the cutest cookies, treats, accessories, and goodies for your dog. The staff here was the absolute sweetest and the vibes are just very good. My dog was so happy to be there and thoroughly enjoyed her St. Paddy's Day "lucky" cookie later that day. They were having a dog party later in the day, replete with doggie beer (LOL) treats, and playtime. I am so happy to know this business exists and will absolutely be getting my dog's birthday cakes and treats from here moving forward. An excellent addition to the already very dog-friendly Manayunk. Feel free to replicate my new dream Saturday: long hike at the Wiss, brunch on a patio, and a stop by this awesome shop. Tell your dog I say hi!”
“Without a doubt, the best pet shop in the city. The people who work there are always kind, respectful, and clearly love the animals they care for. Sam performed miracles on my foster dog and helped him get adopted. People commented on his haircut for a few weeks afterwards!”
“(Please enjoy the included photos of my now almost 1.5 yr old merle border collie getting attention from staff, playing with a puppy, meeting one of the owners cats, as well as her first ever visit to the store when she was about 10 weeks old. Also enjoy the pics of some of the past adoptable rescue cats in the window!)Where do I begin? This place is awesome. From the awesome owner and her store kitty Boo, to the adoptable rescue cats in the window, to the loyalty program with many brands that save you so much money, it's just the best. Dogs always get a complimentary treat at the register when they come in. The treats available are so diverse and it's great to try something new with my pets every couple weeks. The staff is very helpful and kind, and it is overall just a priceless staple of the neighborhood. I highly recommend stopping by, even if you don't have a pet! Because they have rescue cats in the window that you can pet and bond with (thanks to Greenstreet Rescue) and lots of great stock to get a gift for a pet owner in your life. Definitely check them out, I love this place.”
“We LOVE Chilly Dog sweaters! All my Boxers, past and present have worn these amazing sweaters! Everyone comments that they are the most well dressed dogs! ??Here is Mack posing as The Most Interesting Man in the world sporting his Chilly Dog Sweater.”
“I love coming to City of Paws Pet Care for the self- wash. The staff are very kind and helpful throughout the session. I love how you pay based on the time you spent in the baths. This is helpful for me because I will overestimate how much time it will take to wash my large dog in the event she is not as cooperative as I would hope.”

“I was very happy with the time the store associate spent with me as well as the Mom and autistic boy ahead of me. She took time to explain what needed to be dome to ensure the fish purchase was successful..
Just went back today for a couple fish. A different associate, but also very helpful and knowledgeable.”
“Hometown pet store with plenty of pet goodies. From foods to baths to beds and carriers. I stopped by just to see the variety. They do have small pet foods for Chinchilla's, hamsters and guinea pigs, as well as a variety of fish for your aquarium and aquarium decorations. Friendly staff as well.”
“Sarah was so helpful when my fiancé and I came to her store for the first time! She gave us some valuable information about our dog’s nutrition and even gave us sample dog food to bring home! Despite this location being a bit far from me, I still go out of my way to support this business. :)”
“The number one employee here is absolutely amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable in all the products that are carried. Very informative and helpful as well! Most importantly she genuinely cares about all animals and is happy to help make their lives better in any way possible! I can't thank you enough for opening my eyes to how important good nutrition is to my dog!Best pet shop ever! Thank you Kat! You have a lifelong customer!”
“Omg really great service. The two gentleman was very respectful. The gentleman at door put our 50 lbs dog food in car 3 bag and we offered him a tip he said no thank you I appreciate them.”

838 Christian St, Philadelphia“The absolute nicest people run this adorable spot. They charge a lot for overnight stays, BUT you basically get two days of day play included for that price. Parking sucks. No way around it, so give yourself extra time.”
“I have been going here for a while to get my dogs nails trimmed and had a slight mishap earlier today with scheduling but I truly appreciate the customer service I received when the manager called me to correct the scheduling issue that happened. I will be returning with my two fur babies as a happy customer because they did what they needed to do to fix the situation!”
“Andrea keeps high quality pet supplies in stock and does her homework. I'm happy to support her small business when I'm in the neighborhood, which isn't as often as I'd like”
“Great place, we just adopted a kitten here and they made everything extremely convenient. Answered phone calls, emails and sent up an appointment that worked for us. Also provided a lot of information on the kitten along with medical/ vaccinations records.”

“We have adopted from Morris in the past and now we are a foster family. The medical and foster staff are great, incredibly supportive, and there for you as a foster every step of the way. If you are looking for a new furry family member please consider adopting from Morris.”
“Zack is the groomer I use for my pet, Marlo. Marlo has some separation anxiety issues, however, he goes willing and is fine when he is left with Zack. He has a calming way and makes Marlo feel secure and safe.Zack also does a wonderful job of grooming him. He listens to what I want done and is always conducts himself in a friendly and professional manner.”
“I recently moved to this neighborhood and discovered Anima just down the block from my new digs. Not long after, my cat disappeared and I stopped in to ask them if they would display a missing cat poster. Not only did they prominently display the poster at their cash register and another one on their front door, but they referred me to an Instagram page where missing pets are announced and they gave me some helpful tips on coaxing her back home. Every time I shop there, I am met with friendly, helpful staff. And bonus to those paying with cash, because they will give you a nice discount!! I love supporting small, local businesses, and this one embodies what I love most about small and local. Thanks, Anima!!”
“Feel lucky to have Doggy Style in our neighborhood! The staff is all really friendly, knowledgeable, and seem genuinely happy to be working there. Most importantly, they show real care & interest in our dog & cat’s eating happy & healthy!”
“The facility was clean. The personnel was professional and friendly. I had 2 puppies groomed. I was very satisfied with one of them, however; not as satisfied with the older one. However, I will be trying one of the other locations”
