What I experienced today is unacceptable. I was a patient of Dr. Watson 20+ years. Since COVID I have had to get back into the swing of my regular appointments. The last time I saw Dr. Watson was 2021. I called yesterday to schedule and I was told I would be considered a new patient and he isn't accepting new patients. This is a doctor that would call to check on me if I sounded upset the last time we spoke so I thought with the rapport I had, I would be handled differently. I asked if they could send a message to see if he would accept me again. I was told I'd be contacted within 48 hours. I was called this morning but I missed the call. I called back and spoke with Aja and she was absolutely rude and lacked empathy! She answered the phone "hello", no greeting and no follow up. When I said hello, she said "how can I help you?" I told her I was returning a call and gave her my name. She then began making the same comment I heard yesterday "you haven't been here since 2021", so I interjected and said "I did this yesterday, I was waiting on a call to see if I can be Dr. Watson's patient" in which she interrupted "it's a NO, it's a NO, he's not seeing new patients!" I said ok and hung up. I called back this afternoon (hoping to get someone else) and explained myself to the answering service and they sent the message over. Aja called me back and said "I just got another message that you wanted a call for an appointment. As I said to you earlier, Dr. Watson isn't accepting new patients, so do you want to scheduled with another provider?" I said yes and asked if I can get a direct message to Dr. Watson and her response was "what is it? What's your message?" I told her it was private and confidential. She then said "well probably not since he's no longer your doctor! I would need to know what the message is!" Then told me an appointment for another provider is far out! I said never mind, thanks and hung up. This is a disgusting way to handle patients and especially ones with as much history as I have with this practice! My rating isn't for Dr. Watson but this "new patient' rule and the people working on the front end!

Dr Beverly Ng is the best! Her bedside manner is amazing, she was so gentle yet thorough. And she also responds promptly in the portal to any concerns or questions you may have!

I been a patient for years. I am thinking about leaving the practice because they do not answer phones,return calls the WORST. Then doctor can be late but no grace period for patient smh. I had death in family l was 15 min late they would not see me. I was upset l said l had death in family and they did not care. It is so sad l pay a copay the welfare clinic probably treat you better. Cityline family medical horrible .

Do not use this Dr he doesn't answer or return any msg. Doesn't matter how urgent. How can you be a Dr and never respond.

Dr Fedec is fantastic, I’ve been with her since moving to Philly and absolutely love her. Everyone in the office is warm, friendly, and efficient.

Very poor experience. Don't work with patient if you had any situation going on. Staff don't answer messages and make difficult to work with. Dr. Was very rude with me and make me feel that I was doing something wrong when I just asking for help. Worst costumer service. Very sad to go to the doctor to fell better and at the end come out feeling much worst.

I love coming to this practice. Dr. Veronica Daley Jones always takes good care of me. She is such a rare gem, she listens and is very empathetic. I’ve had bad shares of doctors previously, unfortunately and she has changed everything for me. I highly recommend Dr. Jones as a Primary Physician.

I just love it here. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. I needed to have paperwork filled out to begin a job and was under a lot of pressure, everyone was so so helpful and so so patient with me. I’m very happy with Dr. Daley Jones and the team, they are so amazing. I can’t go anywhere else.

I took my mother for her appointment with Dr. Fedec. We were instructed to arrive 15mins before scheduled appointment. I was told sternly that If we were late we would not be seen , no grace period. I arrived with my mother earlier than the time window. The receptionist was very unprofessional from the beginning. We waited 1hr and 15mins. We were not told that Dr. Fedec was running 45mins behind. We had to overhear it from some body else. When I questioned the receptionist she was not helpful at all. She did not seem to know what or how to schedule in the appointment. When I expressed my dismay about the situation, she was rude and off putting. I don't not believe that Dr. Fedec was even there. There was not courtsey or professionalism used in that office. There is an assumption and its obvious that people have all day to spend waiting for the doctor. Also how is it that a doctor would be 45MINUTES LATE AND NOT COME OUT TO LET THE PATIENTS KNOW! I have never in my life waited 45 mins. or had a doctor be 45mins late. That is extremely unprofessional. You have covid protocols but it was ok for us to sit there 45mins with people coming in and out.

You could not ask for a better doctor than Dr. Richard Watson. He takes his time with his patients, listens to what they have to say and truly cares for them. I have been a patient of Dr. Watson's for 23 years now and have to say that he is truly the best doctor that I have ever come in contact with. He exhibits every trait that you want in a physician: competent, confident, empathetic, humane, personal, forthright, respectful and thorough. If you are looking for a top notch doctor who truly cars for their patients, look no further.

I have been a patient of Dr. Watson for some time now and I have nothing but good things to say about him and the staff. I can always get a appointment, never had to wait long in the facility to see my doctor. It's a clean and friendly environment, I highly recommend MLHC to anyone looking for a primary doctor.

The receptionists at the front desk are the WORST. Do NOT have common sense. Don’t waste your time here. Go find yourself another doctor please.
