Just like many others stated this place is VERY unprofessional. They kept my car for a month when I was quoted 1 week to repair it ( and I dropped my car off after they confirmed all parts were received) so that was not the issue. They lied repeatedly about when I could pick up my car. Once I picked it up, the dash had almost 200miles over the number I recorded when I dropped it off. I see others have complained about this same issue which means this place condones this behavior- allowing employees to steal your car & hold it hostage so they can joy ride instead of fixing & returning it. STAY AWAY!!! Plz read the other reviews with similar feedback!

I very much recommend Martin's for any collision work. They kept me informed of progress and part delays due to the holiday which was much appreciated.The representative and mechanic are very professional and helpful.

Shop has had my car for over a month. Text messages said it would be done during a certain time frame. The time frame was pushed back and then told we will call if there were any additional delays. I got no calls nor a call to say it was finished. I called to see the status and they are saying it will take up to another 14 days but hoping to have it done sooner. They are saying it is the manufacturer who is causing the delay. I went here because it was referred by GEICO. Lack of communication and length is subpar.

What has happened to this place? I've had them do 3 different repairs in the last 10 years. They were friendly, responsive, and quick. This fourth repair is a different story. For a simple lift gate replacement my car has been there for a few days shy of a month. They never call back when promised and they keep pushing the ETA out. I am now out of car rental reimbursement from my insurance and have no car to drive and no ability to pay the crazy deposit enterprise wants. Never going to Martin again after this.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I REPEAT: DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Multiple delays, multiple excuses, lack of communication, false promises… just don’t do it. I had a fender bender and my front bumper was broken. GEICO suggested this place for it to be replaced. It has been a month since I’ve had my vehicle and they’re telling me they don’t know when the new parts will arrive since one of their employees forgot to order a part. Just stay away. Insane how they run their business.

I went to Martin Collision for body work following someone backing into my parked leased car. I had to use Martin because the lease from Main Line Honda required it. For the body work, they were good. Friendly, communicative, reasonably fast, good work. But previously, I had accidentally knocked out the 3 fins from the driver side console air vent grill (trying to attach a phone holder). I had the 3 pieces in a ziploc and asked them, while the car was there, if they could please try to pop them back in, thinking if I tried, I'd probably break them. They said sure, and I left the bag in the console. When I picked up the car, the bag (and pieces) were gone. I talked to them, and they looked, but couldn't locate the pieces. They acknowledged that they had lost them (thrown them out), and "Bob" said he would order new ones and put them in, no charge. That was 7 months ago. I have followed up numerous times, by phone and in person, and have been assured by Bob every time that he was on it, most recently telling me (on June 2) that the parts had been backordered, but are now available, and he would have them in by the next week and call me. Still nothing. This is now a cosmetic and functional flaw on a car with a lease that I have told them ends soon. I don't have time to keep chasing after this. I'd just like an actual truthful answer instead of the endless runaround with me having to do all the following up, to be given a line that never turns out to be true. I will have to track down the part myself or pay for it in end-of-lease negotiations. I have been very patient and polite, but this is extremely frustrating. It makes me feel like they genuinely could not give a crap about this situation, which will cost me money I do not have, which they caused. They even could have just said "no" when I asked them to look at it in the first place.

Martin Collision has had my car for eleven weeks. They don't reach out with updates, they don't return my calls, and on the rare occasion that I get to talk to someone, they feed me a line of absolute nonsense (a month ago "the last part" had finally arrived; last week more parts were needed). This is basically auto theft at this point. They simply aren't doing the work. If I could give no stars I would.
