“Absolutely amazing, won’t go anywhere else. I had a custom suit made for my wedding and in preparation dropped it off to be pressed before the big day. Fast forward to the wedding day where an espresso martini was spilled on me and cause quite a bit of damage. I dropped the suit off with limited hope, but was ecstatic to see the result. A conversation was shared regarding the effort that was put into cleaning the suit and white shirt - 3 times through the process, but was still only charged the normal fee. This place is incredible and fair!”

“DO NOT allow this place to repair or alter your clothes. I recently brought in two jackets to have the sleeves taken up a half inch. On both jackets, only one sleeve was altered which is absurd. On the sleeves that were altered, the lining was left unfinished and the sleeves now appear twisted. I would have been better off attempting to tailor the jackets myself.
Edit: I took the jackets back in and the owner/manager had them fixed within 2 days. Everyone makes mistakes, these guys owned theirs and made it right. I’ve been a repeat customer since. Also the dry cleaning prices are very reasonable.”
“Okay this is rare but this place literally has nothing major wrong with it. Great service and clean environment friendly staff. You pay a normal or even a smaller amount for the washers compared to other laundry services. they give you credits for the dryers based on the size of the washers, making them free to use in most cases. All the washers and driers work all the time you go there its rare for one to need be broken. They also offer a paid washing service where they will clean your laundry and fold it for a fee.”
“Brought my favorite cashmere sweater vest with two small moth holes that no one else would touch. She fixed with needle and thread in less than 5 minutes. Very talented woman!”

“I've been going to Bright Laundry since it opened up in Upper Darby where I lived now that I recently moved I continue to use this Laundromat because it's clean and the staff are pleasant and you feel welcomed and comfortable they are helpful when you have an issue with a washer or dryer which rarely happens. This place deserves 5 stars and I recommend this business to everyone.?”

“Wonderful place for dry cleaning or alterations. I had a skirt and pair of jeans taken in, and both fit great and were finished in less than a week. They even altered something a day faster than planned when I had to leave town earlier than expected. I haven't dry cleaned much here yet but had no issues with a delicate, silk dress.”

“Jessica truly cares for her customers. I had a dry-cleaning rush order for my 3 piece suit due to an interview scheduled within 24 hours. She did not have the necessary equipment for such a quick job, but she gave me fantastic advice on where to go. She then had the other dry cleaner (Bambi on Broad) deliver the suit back to her store within 6 hours of when I had dropped it off, so that I could conveniently pick it up. 5 Stars. Bravo. “New to the area but plan on staying for a while! Although I plan on getting a washer and dryer I don’t have one at the present moment with dirty clothes piling up. I am busy nurse/mama so I am into convenience. I walked in with a couple of loads and a blanket and dropped them off. Price was reasonable, she even worked with me on not drying my throw blanket, offered bleach, got the loads done before my shift! Overall I will be back even after I get my washer and dryer!
