I decided to switch my retail business's existing credit card processing company, and went with EMS in my local-(Phila.PA area). My EMS representative is a fellow named "Jim Mathews" who made the transition extremely seamless, in that he came and installed the new terminal, as well as coached me in contactacting my previous processing company in order to inform "them" that their services were no longer needed, and how to amically end my contract with "them"! I cannot say enough great things about this EMS rep, also, because he additionally helped me with other issues that I was having with a couple of other electronic devices in my office, where this new EMS terminal is located!..I will definitely recommend this EMS credit card processing company to any and all of my other personal contacts within the retail envirnment who accept credit card payment! I own a small auto tag shop for over 10 years. I've work with different credit card merchants but Electronic Merchant System is the best customer service by far. I went from Regular Processing to the Cash Discount Program. At first I was hesitant to switch, but so far it's been working for me and my business.Anita is my local rep and she's great. She helped me every step of the way including installing, loading my entire service menu onto my device and she make's sure I'm always PCI Compliant. If I ever need anything, she's literally a call away. She's is my new go to person.Thank you Anita and EMS!

I own a Sphynx cattery and often times people want to use credit cards online or in-person because, well, Sphynxes cost more than people are willing to carry around in cash. I had no way to accept them. PayPal and Venmo were options, but were getting very expensive to do business on. I looked into Swipe Simple and it seemed to fit really well; I can take it to shows where I sell and it hands around my neck and connects to my phone on an easy-to-use app. Anita, my sales rep, was great! Very responsive and helpful throughout the process.

Mr Irineu contacted my business and had my attention in moments. I was using a square terminal out of eagerness to start taking credit cards and boy what a money pit that was. As an auto repair business we have very large transactions and fees were the equivalent to an employees daily wages in some cases.Irineu and his staff are the best in the business. Round the clock service and extremely up front. Almost too good to be true. You'll thank yourself for making the switch.

I am a very satisfied customer of Electronic Merchant Systems. I signed up for Cash Discount and wasn't too sure at first but I worked with Irineu, Frank and Dan and took a chance. It was a great decision. I have been able to save a lot of money each month and the customer service is second to none. If you are looking for a reputable company that stands by their product and saves you money I recommend you pick up the phone and give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
