Customer Service is exceptional: A manager offered to help me find a dress in a different size -- she spent at least 15 minutes with me as we searched together on Kohl's website. I was so impressed with her willingness to help!”

“While I enjoy shopping here, There is a issue with purchasing items with a credit car and trying to retuning the items'. One time the clerks need the credit card and a signature on the return receipt and the next return visit you don't need to show the CC or sign anything to receive credit on the same card you purchased the Items.
I've tried to get an explanation from the manger, but the rhetorical comments didn't explain why this issue is currently happening. I would like someone above store management level to explain this issue.
ps... I have 4 receipts of this issue, if needed to verify that this is current happening.”

“Marshall's nice. It's is just like a Ross or Burlington, but with a bit more style. This one is pretty clean, and the staff is helpful. I wish they would have more registers open for checking out, but that's many stores these days. The restrooms were clean and not locked, so I did have to search around and find an employee to gain access. That was a plus. I'll definitely keep this as a store to visit weekly. Great deals, nice price, and good selection.”

“I love that I can do an Amazon return drop off here, and also check out Sephora and some of the great deals at Kohls. Cash back promos and sales are always good and they have some nice 4th of July decorations at great deals! Our Sephora rep tonight was great, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. “The T.J. Maxx in Abington is a store to shop for perfume, plus size clothes, houseware, specialty food items and pet items. I can always pickup a treats for my furbaby. While the plus size section is limited, I found some nice items. The 2 associates at the registers were so helpful in finding items. Great store and great team. I'll be back here”
“Be careful going to 5 below it's cheap for a reason because you can spend a million bucks in here. I spent 400.00in here the other day. They have a lil bit of everything and for five bucks you need it all and you buy it all. Cashiers are friendly and security is to. Safe area with plenty of parking”

“My niece and I visited this location to look for a special fragrance for her beau. We wer helped by Mrs. Paulette and Mrs. Kathleen. This was an amazing experience to say the least. These ladies were very knowledgeable of the history and background of the fragrances that they were selling. Never have I had an experience where I learned so much about each fragrance that I smelled. Both ladies were so sweet, personable, and patient. If you want an amazing experience visit this location and ask for Paulette or Kathleen. You won’t be disappointed.”
