“I like this store. The staff is always so nice, they have lots of interesting things to buy. Their prices are fantastic, it's similar to several other department stores, but their prices are usually much much lower. If you haven't been there, you should definitely take a look, there is absolutely something for everyone.”

“This Macy's is worth visiting not only for the many brands of clothing, perfumes, cosmetics and household items (and much more!), but because there is a magnificent organ on view and every day except Sunday (check timetables) is played. Marvelous!”

“Haven't shopped at this Forman Mills in many years, but I noticed they're remodeling the store. This one in particular, so it may be a major improvement. I don't know, I don't plan on shopping back there again. Their clothes is based on what is being worn on TV and what's in the neighborhood. At the time, it was nothing but skulls and crossbones. That's how long it's been since I shop that this Forman Mills. I guess I really did "stretch those bills" because I don't go here ?”

“This is probably the best TJ Maxx I have been too. Usually avoid them because they are a mess and crowded. This one is well put together. Like all stores of this type, the selection is hit or miss. One star off for the cashier who seemed like she had no idea what to say to a customer checking out. Not even a simple hi, thanks, goodbye.”

“While I enjoy shopping here, There is a issue with purchasing items with a credit car and trying to retuning the items'. One time the clerks need the credit card and a signature on the return receipt and the next return visit you don't need to show the CC or sign anything to receive credit on the same card you purchased the Items.
I've tried to get an explanation from the manger, but the rhetorical comments didn't explain why this issue is currently happening. I would like someone above store management level to explain this issue.
ps... I have 4 receipts of this issue, if needed to verify that this is current happening.”

“On 3/2/24, I went to this location of the Philly institution known as FOREMAN MILLS. I was immediately greeted by the employees, told about/given a printed update about current sales, was offered assistance & was generally very impressed. The folks there could not have been more pleasant or helpful, the store was well stocked & the wide variety of products offered something for everybody. Despite Forman Mills being known to draw lots of traffic, everything was very clean & well-organized. Basically, the staff deserves lots of credit for a job well done! Thank you. “Marshall's nice. It's is just like a Ross or Burlington, but with a bit more style. This one is pretty clean, and the staff is helpful. I wish they would have more registers open for checking out, but that's many stores these days. The restrooms were clean and not locked, so I did have to search around and find an employee to gain access. That was a plus. I'll definitely keep this as a store to visit weekly. Great deals, nice price, and good selection.”

I actually was looking for a specific shoe which was not in stock, but Chris in the shoe department made me feel so welcomed and was such a attentive and knowledgeable sales person that I actually purchased two pairs of high end shoes.
