The best pharmacy I have ever been to. The people who work there are always really nice and helpful. I’m so grateful I live in such close proximity because I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Please give your staff a raise or holiday bonus — because they deserve it and MORE!

The pharmacy staff here is terrible. They seem like they don’t want to work at all. Especially when waiting at the drive thru. What is the point, when you have to wait 30 mins with no one in line at the drive thru. CVS needs to re-evaluate their staff.

This pharmacy is consistently an unpleasant inefficient experience. Pharmacists are rude and unfriendly, to the point of being borderline hostile. Lines and slow service. They always get the quantity wrong on my refills. The hours are terribly inconvenient as well. I plan to move my business elsewhere.

Worst pharmacy ever. Eternally short staffed. Long wait times inside, drive through, and trying to call. No one ever seems to know what’s going on, can’t process insurance correctly. I’ll drive a few minutes further and take my business back to rite aid. This place is ridiculous.

This pharmacy has terrible customer service. I’m currently on hold again for over 10 minutes after being hung up on twice already by the pharmacist.

This place is such a dump. RXs are never ready and they have the most incompetent and rude staff working in the pharmacy and in the store. I was just on hold for 25 minutes to speak with the pharmacy, and they hung up on me. Phone call never even answered. Unfreakingbelieveable.

Ubelievably terrible service. Waited 25 min on the phone to talk to a pharmacist and then someone just hung up. Then happened again after a 35 min wait. Wasted and hour. Then called the front store and was told there is no other way to reach a pharmacist.

Dismissed....and misinformed!I wanted to obtain at-home Covid testing kits using my Medicare insurance. As the pharmacy was closing in 5-minutes, the pharmacist refused to process the order. I asked if they would hold the kits until tomorrow since the program ends then. I was emphatically told I was too late and today, May 10 was the last day. FACT: the Covid at-home testing kits' program concludes May 11.Undoubtedly the pharmacy folks are overworked and underpaid; however, dismissiveness and misinformation are totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

I would zero stars if I could. Unfortunately, this pharmacy remains chaotic and disorganized and it’s unrelated to staffing shortages. Your medication will never be ready by the time they indicate in their texts and if they ask you come back in half hour, it still won’t be ready. It’s hard to understand how alert notifications could be so inaccurate, especially when people drive and wait in line to pick up their medication. The pharmacy hours change without notice and even on shortened hours, they have random closures for lunch (today they closed 1:30-2:00 for “lunch”) but there is no signage or warnings of closure times. The only good thing is the drive thru pickup. It’s horrible here.

On my second trip today. Arrived 1:15 and waited in line 20 minutes and they closed for lunch after the person in front of me was helped. I know they are short staffed but a work around and sign outdoors on this would help others who are on their lunch hour from jobs that are also short on staff.

I received a notification that i had a prescription at the pharmacy. After waiting 20 minutes in line on Friday night I was told they didn't have my prescription & asked to stand in the drop off line. I was unable to wait any longer. I received a 2nd notification about my prescription. I called to confirm prior to picking it up but was left on hold for ove 30 minutes without an answer. When I arrived at the pharmacy a 2nd time, I was informed that I would need to wait another 40 minutes for the prescription to be filled.

Rock Hill Road location needs to step it up. Takes forever to get a prescription, pharmacy does not answer the phone, rarely anyone at the front desk, store needs to be cleaned.

This has to be the worst business I've ever encountered. I'm unfortunately stuck with it because I need my family to pick up meds as I am unable to drive at night.What kind of a place has people wait in drive- thru for over an hour? If you can't operate a drive thru- PUT A SIGN UP!!! As a senior with specific needs there are times when a phone call would clarify for me whether or not to hire an Uber or find another person to drive- only they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!!! I've waited several times for 2 hours only to hear the pharmacist wishes to speak to you please call back. CVS is profitable enough to find ways to manage this and other problems. Instead of telling people they will connect to the pharmacy- why not say that the wait will be over an hour- and then as do other businesses- provide options for call backs- but NOOOO.There is no excuse for the manner by which this place treats customers who are often ill and fragile like me.

I would give zero stars if I could. This is the worst pharmacy on the planet. On one visit the pharmacy was closed because no one showed up to work. Three times in 5 weeks they did not have my elderly mother’s medications in stock. I was told to come back the next day yet they were still unstocked. No one offered to check with another CVS and when I suggested it, I was told to come back the next day. I will never be back. This is the most unreliable pharmacy in the free world.
