Terrible customer service with an unfriendly attitude towards the customer.

I called to transfer a prescription as my local CVS said it was available at this location. I was on hold for 49 minutes., after my pharmacist was on hold for 10 from my local pharmacy. I know this review will not change anything, however I had to write it as I have never experienced anything like this before.
