My only complaint is how they (with a postcard offer) lure me in for a free flash drive, and because I lack self control I end up spending hundreds while I'm there. “I walked into Micro Tecc with what seemed like a lost cause - an extremely broken phone and no way of getting my data transferred to my new phone. The place I originally planned to use was unexpectedly closed during normal business hours, but luckily, Micro Tecc was there when I needed them.I was extremely stressed out and worried due to not backing up my data (dumb, I know), containing all of my priceless photos and important documents. I honestly half expected that I would be screwed, but Micro Tecc saved the day me and exceeded my expectations. The owner stopped what he was doing, going out of his way to help me by staying open late to ensure the transfer of all my old data, including pictures, documents, and files, to my new phone. He took care of my problem quickly and efficiently, completing the task within an hour.The fact that he stayed open late to help me showed how amazing their customer service is. Overall, my experience was outstanding. The owner's genuine concern for my situation and willingness to go the extra mile meant so much to me.If you ever find yourself in need of expert help and exceptional customer service, Micro Tecc is the place to go. “Joe saved me $180 that another store would have charged me just to open our computer for a diagnostic check. It had failed to start after a power outage). He tested the power supply, checked the motherboard and reset the system - and it booted up normally. He also gave me detailed advice about how to fix/maintain our noisy laptop fan. I asked how much I owe for his help and advice - and he said “just have a nice day!” He was friendly and professional; and clearly knows his way around malfunctioning computers. I’ll be going back to him for future computer problems.”

“I brought my desktop in for help before my hard drive crashed.Charlie was great - replaced my hard drive and all my work was still on the screen untouched. Saved my day. I have a smallsign shop and I did not want to lose what I had on my screen. VERY HELPFUL and quick. I was there in July 2023 and will call them shortly about a hard drive in a laptop to find out if they can replace. Wizards with the computers. Very pleased. Penny”

“I recently (sometime this year) needed to get a new battery for my MacBook pro which happened to be out of warranty (the battery was bulging out of the keyboard). It got good write-ups from Philadelphia Magazine, so I called them up, had a quote over the phone and visited later that afternoon to drop it off.Their lead times were said to be about 3 days, and true to their word it was ready by close of business Thursday. I picked it up that next day. The gentleman behind the counter keeps the doors locked and didn't appear to sell anything but he fixed my laptop. So no complaints from me. Can understand the locked doors though.”
