“I came in late afternoon to try on some boots I saw online, ended up falling in love with a different pair. The two staffs here this afternoon are super sweet and helpful, especially the lady with dark hair and a shining pair of Dr. Martens. She made good suggestions, and gave advices about how to select the right ones and how to take care of them. The store’s a bit small on the outside but they have a pretty decent selection. Definitely gonna come back and get my new boots here!

Love the onsite staff on the floor who provides perfect measurements and assists with locating sizes and offers good style and fashion advice ? The tailor onsite is on point too and the tellers are always friendly and personable.”
“Great store. Men’s and women’s sections are well organized. Plenty of stock and selection. Store personnel are busy working so you need to ask for help if you need it. The clothing quality is great and last a long time with many washes. The store has great sales and fun events. Definitely a great place to shop. “I meant to leave this review months ago, but back in September I was really in a pinch because I needed a pink bathing suit for a bachelorette & found out about it last minute. Of course it was that time of year where bathing suits weren’t out anywhere, but this aerie had them in their sale area! And I went to so many stores!Not only that, but Jess was EXTREMELY helpful. She checked multiple times for sizes that would fit me and tried her best to find bikini top & bottoms that would match. When I was checking out she even went back again without me even asking because she realized there was a better option. I was scared to annoy her asking for so much help, but she didn’t make me feel like that at all which was great! Sorry this review is coming so late Jess, but you really went above & beyond that day and helped me when I was feeling desperate! The bikini cost me less than $20 too.”

This shop is packed with everything you could think of - jewelry, candles, journals, bath products, handbags, crystals, and clothes! So many unique pieces too, lots of one of a kind items. The business owner, Natalie, is kind and engaging and wrapped my gifts (a moss amigo and hand poured candle) carefully. I guarantee you'd be able to find a gift for anyone in this store. She hemmed the bottom, brought in the sides, and tightened the top. I highly recommend this spot, and she completed the job in 2 days! So glad I went to Dia, and I will bring my alterations in the future there.”
“Had the best experience yesterday with Susannah! She went above and beyond to help my sister find new bras that made her feel comfortable and confident. She had great knowledge about the products in store and brought out so many different styles and sizes for my sister to try on so that she could find the best one. Did not catch the manager on duty’s name unfortunately, but shoutout to her as well for going out of her way to check drawers and the back for a pair of shorts I was interested in and then reminded me that I can get free shipping by ordering in store! “This is one of Philadelphia's best kept secret for unique, avant-garde luxury clothing. This shop needs to open in NYC or Tokyo. My mom and I arrived and a stylist greeted us at the door and offered drinks. Lots of black and white clothing, everything had design details that was unique, special and beautiful. My favorites were the hand painted dresses, oversized white shirt with patchwork details, a silk skirt that had holograms on it, a convertible jacket that changed depending on the straps I pulled on, and a beautiful leather bag. The SERVICE was 100%! When I tried a dress that needed an adjustment in the bust, one of the designers (WHAT!!!!) came down from their studio to help me and they adjusted it and delivered it to me in 2 days! As a size 10-12, I find shopping for high design clothing hard since most of the luxury brands don't offer items in my size. But here, I found great items that made me feel confident and beautiful. Most of all, I love that they had stylists in the shop to help suggest items to me. Thank you for a great shopping day! See you soon for Fall and Winter shopping!”
“I purchased two sets of hotronic heated socks from the warming store on Jan 7 for my trip to Canada on Jan 12. I put a note in my order asking them to ship asap because I need these before the 12th for my trip to lake Louise ( it was going to be -40 degrees there! ) The store was so nice they shipped my package the same day in separate packages to make sure I'd receive it on time. 100% recommended !”
