I am a senior citizen 69 years old and retired. Three years ago I co-signed a Oneteam Mortgage for my Daughter. She had off the charts good credit but had just started her own business. She has now had 3 successful years and this mortgage company will not process a release. Now I would like to get a mortgage but I cannot because being a co-signer impacts your debt to income ration. As a retired Senior I make a lot less then I did when I supported my daughter when she needed me and they say she will have to refinance to have me released from this loan. Everyone knows a refinance when the rates are as high as they have been in 50 years and Oneteam is showing no compassion for the elderly.

Brandon was amazing from start to finish! He was in constant communication with us, would drop everything to get us the documentation we needed to put quick offers in in a home, and was able to help us close in two weeks from when our offer was accepted, it should seriously be a world record! He made the process so seamless and stress free. I would definitely use Brandon again and would recommend him to anyone in the process of buying/ refinancing their home
