“I have been stuck renting a car for a couple months in process of obtaining title to sell old car. This is the only office that answers the phone promptly and courteously and tries to get you best price on rental”
“On Dec 12th i booked a rental car with a one way drop off at the BWI Airport (drop off at Dover, DE). My flight lifted off 2 hours late so I called Budget reservation desk, was told not to worry, car would be available when I landed. After landing, went to BWI Budget desk I was told that my reservation had been dropped when I was 30 minutes late, told the nice gentleman (young, black gentlemen with dreadlocks) that I had called the reservation desk (gave him my reservation number). He found my reservation but it didn't include a one way drop off. Seems the Budget reservation desk had to re-enter my reservation when I was late and didn't catch that it was a one way drop off. The price was over $100 more, not my fault. The nice Budget gentlemen said he'd honor my initial reservation but could not make changes in his system. He said he'd leave a note for the Dover Budget Office and thought it would be ok. It was- kudo's to this gentlemen and to Budget for honoring original price and making a very tired customer super happy.”
“Everything was fine. I gave 4 stars because that’s my overall review for Avis but the service was excellent. The young man Omar gets a 5 star for customer service and assistance with the rental.”
