Not a fun experience at all. Scheduled for an oil change and recall. No loaners were available so I only asked for the oil change. Which for some reason takes over a hour. Then was told a tire and rear brake pad had to be changed. Whole process took 3+ hours. What’s the point of scheduling a time if I have to wait that long anyway?

Second time I brought my BMW here and they did what needed to be done. No overcharging. These other reviews are strange, some "one star" for waiting. Who waits? They have loaner cars or Lyft. I've had BMWs for 10 years and serviced Devon, Ft Washington and a private tech. I have head great service and pricing here. Better than Devon. If u buy a BMW you should be ready to maintain and it ain't cheap. As owner you should understand what you should go to dealer for vs private shop.

My appointment for an oil change was scheduled for 11:15am which took 3 hours after being told that it would only take 1 hour. When my car was finally ready the valet gave my key to a complete stranger who I thank God was an honest person. In the future they should ask for paperwork in order to know that they are giving the car to the correct customer!! Thank God that nothing was missing this time because I have 2 items stolen from my car during my last visit. I will no longer continue to do business with the Main line location.

I was extremely happy with the level of service that I always get from BMW of the Main Line. I bought my car from a different BMW dealership several years ago but BMW of the main line has earned my business because of their level of consistent great level of customer service. They have hired a new Service Director Luke who personally came out to introduce himself when I had my car serviced last week. He made sure to let me know that he is there to help me at any time with questions. That is the kind of service that I expect from them and receive it every time that my car is there. They will continue to get my service. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you for your great service.

I was extremely impressed with service here. My manager was on top of everything detailed explanation of the service details intimidation of what needed to be done. My schedule was respected and work was completed efficiently on time as predicted. The car was clean and finished with typical excellent professional care. A+

TB 100% honest it wasn't a great experience. It's my first time owning a BMW previously I've owned Jaguars or range Rovers. When I dropped my car off it was at least a 45-50 min process . Same with picking it up . Way too long . In previous experiences ... it's much easier , quicker process . Then there was a screw in my left rear tire. I guess the tire had to be ordered but instead of two or three days it was a 10 to 12 day process. Besides the tire and the oil change and asked you or someone to look and fix the rattling in the passenger side front window however, I don't think anyone looked at it because it's still rattling and annoying as hell.

The entire process was seamless and easy. My salesman DreVaughn was very knowledgeable and patient with me. My finance guy Jayson went the extra mile to get me the deal I wanted. I definitely will recommend BMW Mainline to everyone I know. Great job fellas!

I had to have my BMW towed on a Thursday night on my way to the airport. Your staff was awesome! They called me confirmed all the damage and got my routine oil change and inspection done while it was there.They also called me and we tested my app together to make sure I could unlock my car on a Sunday night after returning from my trip.It was a fantastic experience!! Thank you BMW Main Line! Class Act!!

It looks like you would expect-- white, clean and modern. There are two large rolling garage type doors for the service department. Intake for service begins there when you hand over keys. You're encouraged to take a seat in the large equally modern waiting area just past the service agents. There flat screen televisions and large socially distant club chairs. Complimentary water, coffee and tea are available as are clean restrooms. The accessories store is also in this area.There are 6-8 stations with agents performing various functions related to vehicle services. Sales and the showroom are located upstairs. Sanitizer stations aren't prominently accessible to customers but the agents are behind plexiglass barriers. They also have floor marking to ensure distancing. The online scheduling process is simple but it turns out to be less assured once you arrive. The hours of operation rely on staffing which is not as predictable during COVID. Some people with appointments were rescheduled and walk-in patrons could be seen given priority, presumably because of an emergency situation.All the services are expensive and labour rates are higher than for non luxury brands. There didn't seem to be a hard sell of service packages or warranty extensions. Complimentary car cleaning is a nice touch. It wasn't very good but it was nice.Updated 11.8.23: The COVID modifications are essentially gone. There are more people around and the service is generally efficient. It's not friendly but it's efficient. There's a large tv in the waiting area, free wifi and wide club chairs. The restrooms are clean. The car wash is still not great but it is complimentary.

I was extremely dissatisfied with the service from Main line BMW service department. I brought my X6 in for my front driver rim repair. For some reason they took it upon themselves to work on other rims without my permission. They stripped the lock key for the Lug nuts, stripped lug nuts and broke the hub. When I spoke to Rich over the phone they did not want to take responsibility for what you messed up without my permission and put the Financial blame on me. They didn't replace the locks or key for the locks back in my car. I was told they couldn't find it. I took off of work to go speak with the the service manager. Rich and Zack Everett was very disrespectful and rude. This whole situation was not business professional.

Love bringing my car here! So accommodating and very nice helpful staff. In and out. They offered a free Lyft home but the waiting area isn't bad either.

I have constantly had issues with this service department when I bring my BMW is for service. I paid for 1,500$ to have my axles boots replaced at main line. I have had consistent issues with these boots needing to replaced. I had them initial repaired at main line. I have seen nothing but inadequate customer service experience with this location. Last year brought my car in for scheduled tune up only never received a call as to when my car done or any updates at all when my car was finally done they told the tune up was 300$ more then the bmw value service price. I had to take a screenshot of the price send it to my advisor and include the main line website where I obtain information. Today’s experience is nothing short of the same service I have experienced in past this will be my last time doing a service here.

I had a wonderful experience with BMW of main line! My window was back ordered and BMW covered my loner car coverage until my car was fixed! They kept me notified every time there was a change and throughout the service! I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

Point of View: BMW Main Line exemplifies excellence and integrity. From the moment we entered the establishment, the atmosphere exuded a willingness to meet the expectations of the client. The process of purchasing the vehicle was seamless, from the Sales Associate to the Financial Manager. All questions and concerns were addressed without hesitation to the extent that we thought all other dealerships should have staff report to BMW Main Line for proper instruction. There was only one slight flaw...we could not purchase the entire inventory. To all potential buyers: Enjoy the Experience of a Lifetime.
