Had my Corvette hand washed 2 times. These guys were fantastic. Cleaned every nook and cranny. I’m going to have it ceramic coated in the next couple of weeks. The owner is a great guy. Thanks

They took the time and for no reason - the job was only average. I asked that they will lift the chairs but as you can see they didn't really bother to really clean it and i paid more than I usually pay. Avoid if you can.

The absolute worst, I came to pick up the car. My headlights were not cleaned my interior was horrible. They said they did the best they could. Just very Bad Don't use them. Never againServices: Full body wash

A few weeks ago, my wife’s car was sprayed with a massive amount of driveway resurfacer. It was nearly impossible to remove and took me several days to get the majority of it off, but it left stains in the paint and on the glass EVERYWHERE. Local body shop recommended Auto Appearance and they did an incredible job. Frankly, having spent 3 days working to get it out on my own, my hopes were very low, but the guys got everything out. The owner took prob 30min with me trying out different solvents so that he could get an accurate estimate and set accurate expectations. When I went to pick it up, the guys that worked on it were definitely proud of the results and all the hard work they put to get the car looking like new. They walked me around the car and told me what they did and what worked how much care they took with the car.This place is great and I’m taking my other cars back after summer. They are a LITTLE pricy, but I must say they did an outstanding job. I got an interior detail on my 2019 Mazda and it looks brand new. They also washed the car, which I didn't expect. I guess in the end, it was worth the money.

This place is awesome, my car had a crazy amount of bird poop hardened on it after I was away for a trip. They did a great job cleaning it all off.

Highly recommended! I found this place through a friend and at first I was skeptical bc it's located in the parking garage of Saks. Now I've been coming here for years and Ken, the owner, and his staff take very good care of my cars. Usually I get a car wash or a detail and am always pleased with the prices and the results. But, recently Ken recommended the ceramic paint coating and it did not disappoint!! This might be the best kept secret on the mainline.

Great experience at Auto Appearance. Price appears reasonable for the service they provide. 1.5 year old car looked essentially new inside and out. Would recommend to family and friends. Owner is very responsive and friendly.

This is the most Professional Car Detail Center I have found. They work with you and have the most friendly staff. Prices are competitive for the area. I Highly Recommend. My car looks New.
