They keep me up to date on my refills and call doctor for a new script. All of the pharmacists and staff are very professional and ready to help.

I ordered online multiple times but none of the orders were delivered. they refuse to give me my money back.The first order that I placed was on September 4th and I still haven't been refunded.. also the operations manager or whatever manager is is responsible for approving the refunds. Is very rude .I will be taking legal action

I've been coming here for years because the store is near my workplace and it consistently has the WORST customer service. The check out staff are slow and lazy and you can stand in line for well over an hour easily The self check out machines freeze every time you place an item in the bag and you have to "wait for assistance". But there's never anyone to help you. Today, the disgruntled "assistant" said the problem "wasn't the machine " but rather that I had more than 10 items. I mean can you be any stupider? Not to mention that there's a very strong racist vibe to this place. Avoid this place if you can

This store still does not enforce a mask wearing policy. Despite a posted mask policy, management does nothing to enforce the policy. The safety of shoppers is not a priority at this location. Shop elsewhere.

You like seriously know you're in a good area when you walk in, the fried AND grilled chicken are fully stocked, and you got a young man standing by just to serve me. Kinda like a Cheap Chicken Concierge

Acme has always been a clean store, however their prices are a little high and they don't have a big selection. the food is a good quality. the seafood and meats are always fresh.

Great afternoon to my Yelp Family!! First of all, I patronize this location for sheer convenience. My go to store is Giant. I was coming home from work and I decided to navigate a different route. My mom wanted several items and since this was on the way home and I did not feel like going to Giant since that was out of my way and area. When I arrived I went to Customer Service to purchase a money order and then I proceeded to roam the aisles. I purchased spring water, Pam cooking spray and chicken drumsticks. Then I went to the Self-check out line and paid for my items. I was waiting for the associate to scan my water so that I would not have to pick up the entire case and put it on the check out screen. The associate, plus other store personnel were busy doing some other transactions and one of them explained that to me. I waited patiently and then the Acme associate came over and I explained about scanning the water. Kiki proceeded to pick up the water. I told her I could have done that, but I explained why I didn't and asked isn't there a self-serve scanner at the register. Kiki said no and I said well Giant does have a self serve scanner. I informed Kiki that I write reviews for Google and Yelp and that I would be reviewing this store. No, I am not at all impressed with this Acme location and I rarely come here only for sheer convenience as I have already expressed earlier in the review. Okay, Yelp Family, Great night - til the next review!!!

Friendly and helpful employees there. It does get awfully busy at this location .seems these employees are worked very hard considering the lack of help. But I gave this store 5 stars because through all the hard work of it being understaffed they continue to be friendly helpful and fast. Which is rare anymore !!! Kudos !

I wandered in here with the thought of picking up a few items. I happened to be in the area and quite frankly I have been hard pressed to find a "great" supermarket since I've moved back to Philly. The ones I have been to so far have ranged from unacceptable to will do in a pinch to just okay. This Acme falls on the unacceptable list as far as I am concerned strictly on cleanliness. The floors were dirty, the fixtures were old and the seafood department was tented in plastic as if it were quarantined. Not the kind of atmosphere I want to buy my food in.

I actually cancelled my Instacart membership because the amount of orders I was receiving from this location with expired food (meat, milk, bread.) Out of convenience, I decided to put in another order today for delivery and low and behold the meat is expired as of today, the milk is fine, but the bread was expired 2 days ago. How is this place still in business? I reached out to a manager months back to complain and he claimed that it shouldn't be happening and tried to place the blame on the bread company that stocks their shelves but in the end, these are products on YOUR SHELVES! You are responsible for what you allow to stay on your shelves as much as the bread company since people are buying from you. He then agreed and made it seem like it wouldn't be happening again, even claiming he'd go check the shelves and pull stuff off himself. Months later --- same old same. I'm disgusted by this place continuing to operate their business in this type of manner. I'd recommend going somewhere that actually sells fresh food.
