I am a senior citizen, handicapped, with a disability permit, window placard properly displayed in my cars front window, and a handicap emblem visibly displayed on my license plates. I parked in the "parking space reserved for "Handicap recipients covered by The US Americans with Disability's Act. I got out of my car and went to a building two doors away picked up my order and was back in my car within five minutes total. Once seated in my car a woman perhaps 5ft 5in, walked towards my car waving her hand speaking with a deep accent saying - if I park in the handicap space again without making a purchase in 7-Eleven, she would have my car towed! She appeared anger, continuously pointed to a sign displayed on the exterior of the store that says "parking is for 7 -Eleven store customers only." But the sign that she apparently had printed for her own convenience failed to say is that Pennsylvania state law says the ADA is enforced by the Department of Justice. That said - people or businesses that doesn't comply with the requirements for handicap parking spots, can result in fines up to $150,000. (in part). I say that to say don't believe the Fake news sign that says - you cannot park in the handicap space unless you are making a purchase in 7-Eleven. It's a blatant Lie! If you have a handicap placard, tags or permit and your handicapped signs are properly displayed in clear view, and your signs are current you in fact Can park in that one single handicap space, and you do Not have to make a purchase from the rude women with the scarf wrapped around her head. How dare she be rude, disrespectful, exploit people with disabilities, and discriminate against ADA recipient's all at the same time - How dare she!!! Know your rights people. +

THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE. DONT GO HER. The employees especially the short woman with her head covered are rude and argumentative. I bought a bag of chips and then went around to corner to pick something up from another store. After I came back to my car, there was a janky "warning" taped on the window about "parking is only for customers". I went inside to show them my purchase and they started yelling at me. I asked for a refund since they don't know how to treat customers and she threatened to call the cops. DONT GO HERE!!?

If I could rate this location ZERO stars I would. I have never been so disappointed in how an owner operates their chain. I pulled into this location to spend my hard earned money and the woman owner came to the side of my car yelling at me. I’m happy I didn’t even go inside yet. Very unprofessional and a supposedly religious woman. Do better!

They say they do delivery just for it to be late. They don’t answer their phone at all like what’s the point of even having a phone number. This is the worst 7 eleven so far

Went in and bought a Muscle Milk with the most Protein for 5.99. Two Celsius drinks 2 for $4.50. A bag of Cheese Itz. And a Green Tea Arizona. I checked out after feeling watched by an Associate that came down my aisle and back to the Control Room or something. A Woman rushed me over and rang my items up but none showed on the Screen for Review. Asking for my Number for 7eleven Points. My Total came up past $15 but she gave me a whole $5 back in change. Mind you a Green Tea Arizona is $1. And Cheese Itz are no more than $2.50. This place is taking money very seriously and using the Community as fools to give them our every red cent. I gave them no argument because the money wasn't a thing but the Review is needed. DAMN SHAME

In consideration of my experience, paired with those in other reviews, I can only deduce that this location had an anti-black racism issue. Today, I was gifted 3 winning scratch-off tickets. I am not a gambler, so I have no idea how the ticket scanner works. The machine confirmed my tickets were winners, and I proceeded to cash them in. The male proprietor asked me how much the tickets were worth, to which I replied I was not sure. The woman proprietor then interjected from the sideline and began to sarcastically berate me about the amount the tickets were worth. I asked if they were able to check the value for me, to which she rudely continued to question my intellect. It was so denigrating that other customers in line left without purchasing their items. Instead of being serviced with respect and dignity, I was treated in a untenable fashion. This is especially disheartening, considering that I worked at a 7/11 as a teen, and never would have imagined treating my customers in such a way. In fact, many of my customers are friends and keep in touch over the decade since working there. You’re store had a serious climate and culture issue that needs immediate diversity and inclusion training. Without corrective action, I absolutely suggest to corporate that your franchise be revoked.

The guy who works here is very rude and has no customer service skills at all. I was at the counter for about 2 minutes and he didn't acknowledge me as he was stocking items on the shelves.I was trying to buy a cup a coffee and and figured since he didn't care to take my purchase I started to walk out the door and he started yelling, "Hey, you need to pay for that!".I replied, "I thought it was free because you didn't care that I was standing at the counter all this time waiting to pay"Mind you, I was the only customer in the store at the time.So I went back and paid for the coffee that was stale anyway.I would never pay another cent in this store. People need to realize if you stop spending your money at places like these they will shut down due to not making any profits and that serves them right. It amazes me that a place like this is still running by whoever owns it. Shameful..

They’re super racist towards black people. Went to go get a cup for ice and they tried to charge me for the cup. A white man came in and got a cup and filled it with ice and wasn’t bombarded with men yelling at him telling him the cup wasn’t free. And when that same man came outside I asked him if he was charged for the cup and he said no. Showing favoritism towards a certain race when you’re in a predominantly diverse neighborhood is never the way to go. Do better.

EXPIRED everything. Worst 7-11 I’ve ever been to. They sell expired stuff and will try to upsell you every time. They literally add things to your purchase without telling you. Don’t go here!!!! The “hot food” is old.

I usually like the roller food at 711, but today (3pm) the chicken taquitos were dry and hard. I'm guessing they were on there all day?And then They told me I was parked there for too long? It was 10 minutes tops, and I just purchased food from you.

During the day seems fine. Nighttime is a horror. For one it's not always a 24/7 deal, the night guy Hasan closes for 20 minutes to adjust bananas and stuff. We had 6 people waiting to get in and he just ignored us and continued on his way. Night guys doesn't honor posted prices either, got charged an extra $1 on a bad of popcorn, I pointed out to him the price, and he says too bad talk to the manager in the morning. If it wasn't the only 7/11 in walking distance I'd go elsewhere every time.
