I scheduled my appointment two weeks in advance for a 2014 Chevrolet Spark CVT transmission fluid change and engine oil change. The tech stated that I did not need the CVT transmission fluid change on my 10 year old Spark. When I spoke directly to him he finally admitted the CVT transmission fluid was not ordered. I had a hard time trusting anything said to me after that information was shared and I doubt I will ever return.

I had a few dealerships sell a car a was looking at out from underneath me. When me and my wife found a 3rd row at a great price Brian and the gm did everything they could to get me and my family into it. Even had a Boston cream donut for our 14 mo old when we came in to sign paperwork. Amazing experience!!!

Melinda was awesome! Got the deal done is record time because I had to be back to work. Ensured that I got into the vehicle that I wanted with all the features I was looking for. Even put up with my new puppy present for signing. Thank you Melinda for helping me get into such a great vehicle. Beyond happy with my new Chevy Trailblazer!

I just received my 2024 Camaro 2SS from Jim Shorkey North Hills Chevrolet, which I purchased fully over the internet via email, phone and text, as I live in Texas. I worked primarily with Ron Rybak (sales) to get my deal done, with the help of Paul Mistrik (Finance Manager) once it came to finalizing the details of the deal. They were both an absolute pleasure to work with, and I would not hesitate to refer my friends and family! Ron made sure to communicate as my car was being picked up by the transport company I hired, and was easy to get in touch with and responsive throughout the whole process. Thanks Jim Shorkey Chevy for a truly positive car buying experience!

I had the pleasure of working with Brian Schaffer. He was very thorough with his details and descriptions. He did not pressure me into purchasing a vehicle I could not afford. He was very straight forward but in the kindest way.

I made the appointment to have my MIL / Check Engine light error codes read and diagnosed. Only when I arrived for my appointment did I remember that I should have made an appointment as well to have my 5 years Coolant Change done. But Jim Shorkey was able to do that as well, without my needing to make an appointment for a later date. Knowing that there are three coolant loops / systems in the 2017 Chevy Volt, I expected the Service cost to be three times the price the Service Advisor quoted me. I was pleasantly surprised.I was pleased with Jim Shorkey Service. But I question the quality of the GM / Chevrolet product. Several times this year I've needed it serviced because of the MIL and error codes (carbon build-up, EGR valve, etc.. My last car seemed to be more reliable. When driving and the MIL light comes on, I wonder if I will make it home or break down along the side of the road. And I have been lead to believe that GM / Chevrolet will not support (making replacement parts available) the Volt model?
