Our church, North Street Christian Church in Butler, Pa was looking for a Radiant, 10 burner, Commercial Gas Range with a double oven. We went to North Pittsburgh Showcase.We were very impressed with how Dan explained all of our options. Dan helped us to choose the right gas range for our church. Not only did Dan help us pick out the best stove for our church needs, he also delivered the stove to our church in 3 weeks from when we ordered it from the manufacturer. If all this wasn’t enough, Dan helped us with calibrating the oven. We at North Street Christian Church couldn’t be happier with Pittsburgh North Showcase for going far and beyond what was expected. Thank you Dan.

Got a fridge for our new restaurant about 3 weeks ago and it worked for awhile and today it just stopped working, now all the contents of the fridge are bad and i have to spend more money to just get a new fridge. so not only am i out the money for the fridge (that was supposed to have been looked over), but i am now also out all the products that were in it.

As a restaurant owner, this Place has been life saving. Not to mention easier on our bank account. We have come here to purchase fryer parts, new fryer, vent hood fan at a fraction of the cost at other stores or on line. Always willing to help and go the extra mile to help find what we need! It’s a hidden gem. Lots of New and slightly used restaurant equipment and supplies. A definite if you are in need.

NPS Equipment is outstanding! We purchased coolers years ago for our store and the are working perfectly and the price was fair. You must check out North Pittsburgh for your restaurant equipment and kitchen needs.

Every single item I looked at was marked up so high it made zero sense to buy it there. To top it off, the customer service was very bad. I understand the need to support small businesses, but the person there made me feel very unwelcome and more of a nuisance than a customer. Just do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time like I did.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. We picked out equipment a while back. When we were ready for delivery Dan asked if I could come down and be sure they knew what equipment to deliver. When I got there there was a very old man that had no clue what I was talking about and could not comprehend when I tried to explain it to him called Dan and said "Danny Boy". Dan explained it to him and we went and he showed me the oven then went to the cooler building. There was a Coca Cola cooler and one that said Fresh Food. Both nice and clean I said either would work. He said there was a nice bakers rack in the building they were tearing out that day and he would send me that one. The delivery was to be Tuesday September 11th. At 3 PM our secretary called and Dan lied and said he did not know I had been down... Yes you did the guy talked to you on the phone whioe I was there. So the delivery was changed to Thursday September 13th at 11. At noon this 16.5 pound man showed up. I asked where the bakers rack was he said he knew nothing about it. I asked about the baking sheets... Again knew nothing about it. I said well I would think one would check the invoice before delivering to be sure you had everything. How was VERY thin man going to unload and put in place A 1000 pound cooler and oven alone? Thankfully I planned ahead and had people there. The cooler that was brought was neither if the 2 I was shown the day I went back down to be sure the correct equipment was delivered. The oven is FILTHY! We had to take the cover off the vent on the top and there was a half an inch of grease under it. They just sprayed paint on the top and shipped it out. I realize this is refurbished equipment but clean it a little. The cooler was filthy also. I sprayed Awesome cleaner on the side and black slime ran down the side. The bakers rack was delivered Friday with the baking trays. The bakers rack is covered in green corrosion like it has sat out for 3 years. If this is his idea of a nice one at the restaurant they were tearing out the day I was down, I would hate to see what he thinks bad shape is. They should be ashamed to send such filthy equipment out. We paid $250 to have the equipment delivered and we had to do all the work. They should refund the delivery fee since they delivered the wrong and filthy equipment. I do not know why I had to drive 20 miles each way to be sure they delivered the right equipment when they delivered whatever they wanted anyway. I would not refer anyone to them EVER.
