“Service was so amazing that I'm considering moving to North Hills! I was in town from Atlanta visiting my father in hospice when my "low coolant" warning came on at 7:45PM after leaving the hospital. I called LRNH in a panic to see if they could service my car. Rachel answered the phone and not only made me feel cared for but gave me confidence that this was one issue I could leave to them to deal with for me. The car was towed to the facility after hours, and LRNH made it easy for the tow truck to leave my key in the overnight drop box. Patrick called me first thing in the morning promising me they'd get to the car that day and get back to me ASAP. He was also very thoughtful and understanding to help coordinate repairs with my husband when I wasn't available. Not only did they replace my damaged O ring, they washed the 680 miles of bugs off of my car, Caden delivered the car to the hospital the next day, and left a wonderful gift certificate to a local restaurant...FREE OF CHARGE!!! If this had happened with an Atlanta dealership, I'd have to wait a week to get my car looked at, I would not have had the same communication experience, I would have had to get a rental car for a week and a half, and I would have spent at least $1000. Honestly thinking of working all car maintenances around my trips back home to the area!!”

“At Strother Brothers I feel like part of the family!Kevin and his team are not only well experienced automobile technicians, they are excellent communicators as well. Their scheduling is easy online or in the app. They confirm appointment requests timely. All work is assessed and communicated electronically (including pictures) for approval. You can drop off anytime and pay online to pickup after hours. If all of that sounds too good to be true, they are also just the NICEST people you ever want to meet or do business with. Oh, and they personally contact you a few days after your service just to make sure that you are satisfied.If you get the same or better treatment where you take your car now, keep going there. “Having grown up working in my dad’s auto shop that provided collision and mechanical service, I am often frustrated by shops that do not value the customer and try to mislead you to get extra sales and/or have employees that are uninterested in you as a customer and, worse, are just plain rude.As a first time customer, I found doing business with Miller Tire was a great positive experience and worth the drive to Saxonburg!Very well run shop!Excellent service.Fair/reasonable market prices.Excellent inventory (not what you would expect for small country shop).Professional, friendly staff - office & shop alike.Personal touch of family run business.I was looking for nice alloy wheels and tire combos for a boat trailer. Unlike many other shops, Miller Tire had several spoke wheel options in stock! They went out of their way to show me what they had in inventory, provide valuable input, and assembled exact what I was looking for.While there, they also fixed my F-150 tire pressure sensors. At the time of writing this review, it is mid-August. I had one sensor replaced in January at Goodyear. By May, another one was dead but Goodyear had neglected to read them and advise me. Miller read all 4 and found I had a third that was about ready to die so I got both taken care of, thus saving me the time and hassle of having to get yet another changed in a couple of months.Denise and her daughter, the owners, even befriended my dog and gave her treats. Points in my book!I’ll be a future customer.”

“This store deserves 5 stars. I stopped in last week because my car battery was pretty much dead (running only because it was jumped). They were quickly able to determine that they had my car battery type in stock. I purchased a new battery. Then they had me pull in front of the store where they installed it for me (which is a good place to pull up in general if your battery is on its last leg and you need an install). I didn't need to make an appointment. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will definitely come here again.”

Most are mom and pops you pay the bill in their small garage office if they have one. Not here. Would recommend to anyone.”
