Ben arrived at 12:45 for the 1:00 appointment. He did a thorough job cleaning the dryer vent. At no additional charge, he shortened the dryer hose behind the dryer. When we purchased the dryer, it was installed with a hose too long and difficult to position behind the dryer. He, also, explained how to remove and clean the washing machine filter. Very happy with the work done.

Ben did a fabulous job cleaning our dryer vent! He went above and beyond to make sure our vent and dryer were thoroughly cleaned. He even reconnected our dryer hose properly and more efficiently than it was when it was installed. Highly recommend Air Duct Maintenance Inc!

Was originally scheduled for 9/30, Dave had called and asked if they could do it today 9/10 and I agreed. Spoke with Dave on 9/9 and he gave a very throrough description of the service they provided and gave a very fair estimate. Tim and Matt were the technicians and were very courteous and professional, also describing what they were doing along the way. Process took about 2.5 hrs including a very good cleanup. Recommend Air Duct Maint for superb work

Back in June I contacted Air Duct Maintenance, Inc because my wife said there was an odor in her bathroom when the AC kicked on. I thought it was possible that there was something in the ductwork so the solution would be to have the ductwork cleaned. I doubted that the previous owners had ever cleaned the ductwork. Air Duct Maintenance, Inc advertises that they have the ‘most powerful vacuum trucks in the industry’ which sounded good to me so I asked them for a quote. Part of the quote stated that they ‘take before and after pictures’. On 1 July 2024, two servicemen arrived and began the job. In a few minutes they told me that the vacuum truck was not working properly so they brought in a fairly large shopvac and continued the cleaning process. Personally, I don’t see how the suction provided by a shopvac can compare with the suction provided by the ‘most powerful vacuum trucks in the industry’. Also, I saw the senior tech using his cell phone as he was reaching down into the ductwork…I assume he was taking the before and after photos BUT…I never saw any of them. Frankly, I would have thought they would have a much more sophisticated way to do photos since they are a ductwork cleaning company. When I emailed the company to convey my dissatisfaction with the service provided, the president of the company ‘assured’ me that the service provided using the shopvac did just as thorough a cleaning as the vacuum truck would have done, and did I want them to come back and ‘inspect’ the work. I’ve been around long enough to know how that would go…’everything looks good to me’ would undoubtedly be the answer. Well, here’s the thing…I have a shopvac, a cell phone, and two arms so I think I could have done a comparable job and saved myself $695.00. Oh…AND I would actually have before and after pictures!
I am very disappointed in the service that was provided, I would not use them again, and I would not recommend Air Duct Maintenance, Inc.
