“Came across Core Express looking on Google Maps for tire repair for a slow leak on the car my youngest daughter drives before she took a long road trip. Jordan and his dad were very thorough in locating the location of the leak (it was essentially a pinhole and tough to locate) and quickly plugging and sealing it. Extremely friendly and willing to help and in this case literally within minutes of my phone call. Would definitely recommend.”

“Great experience with Stonybrook Auto, who recently did work on my girlfriend’s car. The mechanic, Alex, knows his craft very well and did excellent work. Labor rates are much better than most places around. Customer service is great- they even let you use your own parts and don’t charge a higher rate. And there are dogs there which is a plus! Will definitely be back.”
“I had 2 vehicles that needed towed locally and this was done at a very reasonable price. When the driver was pulling into my driveway to tow my 2nd car, he accidentally struck my mailbox with the tow truck and destroyed the wooden post it was attached to. The driver apologized profusely, and the owner said he would fix it right away. That very same day, a gentleman arrived with a new mailbox post and fixed it in less than an hour. Now, that is what I call customer service!”
“I have been using Pines Road Garage now for over 5 years and am very happy with the service I have received for the maintenance and upkeep of my vehicles. The services I have needed to date have been general maintenance (oil, filter, tire rotations) Inspections, Brakes, Alternator and engine work. Even had 2 sets of tires purchased for far less than the dealers/big box stores. They treat you like family when you are there, love them and their work. Never let me down and I doubt they ever will. “I rented a car trailer today, and everything went well until I loaded the car on the trailer and noticed the one strap was cut. Luckily, I had straps and was able to haul the car I needed to. When I returned the trailer, the gentleman was extremely helpful. He acknowledged that it was an issue on their end and promptly gave me a partial refund. I would rent from them again. Everyone makes mistakes, but making things right is difficult.”
