Edit: One of the managers reached out to me a few days ago and was very apologetic about my experience and gave me his personal cell phone number to keep him updated; I'm VERY appreciative of the action, and he sounded genuine with his words. I have been out of town for the past few days and now that I'm finally back, I'm in the process of calling in the warranty and taking things from there.
I will NEVER buy another vehicle here, nor will I ever recommend anyone to this place. I bought my 2017 GMC Acadia back in February, and it's been nothing but problems ever since. They offer a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty; I had my vehicle for 59 calendar days and approximately 3,200 miles before the thermostat went on it. It's pretty convenient that the thermostat is one of the only things the warranty didn't cover. When I asked the GM if there was anything we could do, he was so callous and unprofessional when he wouldn't even look up from his computer and snickered, "we wouldn't make any money if we did that". The irony of it all is they have veteran posters up everywhere about how they take care of their veterans; it's clearly just for show (two combat tours in two combat theaters as an infantry Marine 2008/2009). I've had this vehicle for a little over 11,000 miles now, (total mileage on the vehicle is currently around the 68,000 mile mark), and now the transmission is slipping so bad, it's undrivable. Absolute unprofessionalism at it's finest. Hopefully this post will help someone steer clear from this horrible group and go somewhere that will actually take care of their customers.

Took my car in for service for a service stability tract alert my car was displaying. Dealship kept my car for two days and told me that the code was from driving two footed and could not recreate that code after driving it 40 miles. How is that even possible. Offered no other solutions and gave my car back. As soon as i drove it off the lot the code turned on again. When this happens the car is unstable and extremely hard to drive. We have used this shop before, and never run into issues in the past. Not sure why this wasn't taken seriously. Very disappointed in the outcome. Hopefully the new mechanic I'm talking to will take me seriously, and help me to have a safe vehicle.

I have not been to Wright GMC's service department (BADEN LOCATION) in a few years. I have returned to their service department with an issue with my 2022 GMC Sierra 2500 HD. The Service team were professional and efficient. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem in a timely fashion. I would definitely return to Wright GMC's service department (BADEN LOCATION). A job well done by the Service Department.

I will return to this dealership for service! I came for an oil change and inspection. The woman assisting me was extremely kind and friendly. I ended up needing a new rear toe link. The part was not available so someone went to pick it up so that I could still have my car back that same day. I was continually updated on the status of my car, and my car was washed before I got it back.
