Terrible. I went in to get change. The teller asked if I had an account and I said no. She told me she couldn't give me change if I didn't have an account with them. Went across the road to Huntington and was treated very nicely. The teller said they would be happy to give me change. I was only asking for 40 one dollar bills. Will never go to Wes Banco for anything.

Local bank near me I've been with for a long time. Always friendly and helpful. Never had a problem.

Rochelle and Connie worst customer service. Very rude shredded my mother's credit.card because it was turned in by a good samaritan and my mother is not well and couldn't come to get it. This is how they treat the elderly at this branch. Very sad. Do yourself a favor and don't bank with wa qesbanco.
