These folks ROCK. My mail is (almost) NEVER delivered wrong. Hey, when I applied for a passport… they HELPED MAKE IT SIMPLE. I have nothing but positive things to say about the governmental employees for this location. Much #Respect

I have lived in Baden 4 years. I have had to go into the post itself a handful of times. Each is an exercise in being patient while I am receiving rude customer service. Whether it has been handling my mail delivery, signing for a package, or mailing out packages. Each visit is more unpleasant than the last. I feel I know the names of all my neighbors because I keep receiving their mail.

Terrible customer service. They are rude every time. I never ever leave reviews, but that's how upset I am. I really think I'm going to go out of my now to avoid that place. Yes, you can tell they are miserable and hate their job, but there is no need to take it out on the customers. Avoid these rude people.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The old guy working here is completely rude to customers. You can tell he hates his job and he passes that down to the customers. They would not help me with my issue. The seems more interested in their 1 hour lunch break ( which they close down the office for) then resolving my problem. I dont see how hard it is to look up a tracking receipt number but neither the rude man or the lazy women clerk would even attempt. Simply say we cant help you and made me feel completely stupid for even asking them for help. I would drive 20 mins away instead of visiting this office full of rude employees who dont care about the customers.

If I could give a negative number I would, the service is awful and rude. I asked for holiday stamps and had the postal employee scream at me that they didn't have them, and her boss wasn't working today If I wanted them Maybe they would have them later today and I could stop back and check!

I went in on Saturday to renew my passport. They wanted nothing to do with me cause I didnt make an appoitment. I called on Monday, and asked for days and hours specifically they do passports. The lady on phone told me, but do you think she would of mentioned I needed an appoitment?? NOPE!!! So I didnt make one, and the first time I did a passport at that exact location, it was on a Saturday, I didn't need an appoitment then and it was in June 2017. So I wasted my time going in here, asked for help, said they couldn't cause they do NOT take walk ins, and they were sooooo busy. HAHAHAH There was only 1 couple in there at the time and they werent even at the counter, they were filling out paper work. Place needs better customer service. I had everything I needed filled out and completed. Do you think they would of 'went out of there way' to help me cuz my stuff basically just needed mailed and I needed an updated picture taken?? NOPE told me to go home and do it myself.

Baden post office seems to have a few carriers who are cheerful and careful but certainly not all of them. I have rescued packages from snow banks and also found them lying in the middle of the driveway in the rain. Tried phoning and the phone menu choices just take you round in a circle. I wish Amazon had not partnered with the Post Office, my deliveries are ruined and they really don't care. I agree that some of the carriers are just lazy

If I could give 0 stars I would. On multiple occasions, my mail is not delivered because additional postage is due. I've never had this issue with any other post office. Last year a Christmas present got held up because they wanted me to pay an addition $4 on an envelope containing a flat ornament. I contacted the seller and they said they have never had any issue with their shipping method and they ship all over the country. Most recently my son was to receive a package from his grandparents and they wanted additional postage even though postage was determined by weight at the grandparents own post office. On other occasions they just don't deliver the mail or packages but will put notices in the mailbox that no one was home to accept them (even though I stayed at home and waited for the packages). Also, they skipped my house when I scheduled a package pickup. I had to run down the street after them so that it would be sent out that day! I have lived in 3 different states and moved over 8 times and I have never had an issue with any other post office. This one is absolutely horrible.

I agree with the other reviews, Baden Post Office is the absolute worst. I thought it was just me and glad (in a bad way) that others have the same feeling regarding the service, or lack of, at this office. I didn't realize how bad it was until I started working in Wexford PA and stepped into their Post Office. WOW, what a difference, there was a worker cheerfully greeting me at the entrance asking if I needed assistance. Other visits the desk clerks were just a helpful and friendly. Back to Baden, I have also experienced the same poor delivery practices as others, packages clearly marked, do not bend, folded up in my mailbox. Granted it is a small box, so leave one of your notes to pick it up at the office like you do when you leave your 'ransom notes'. Consistently delivering mail to the wrong address, I thought the guy down the street was my mailman he delivered my mail so many times. And Sure Post deliveries!! I had packages take at least 3 days for the USPS to deliver, after tracking has confirmed arrival at the local PO. Just personal peeve that the carriers just walk through your yard, I have a path worn through the yard like Louis and Clark forging their way to the West. What they are doing to the community is criminal and I wish the Baden Post office to be investigated and prosecuted!
