New revamp surely helps the kitchen staff.
Though im sadly disheartend by the lack of open pumps now. And the lack of car wash as it was removed for a hardly used drive thru.
Still ~ food is always good and selection is nice.

I got a milkshake here. Absolutely terrible. I didn’t catch the kid’s name who made it but it took him 15 minutes. Kept looking at the menu list like it was his first time. Chunks of ice in it so he didn’t mix it properly. Now it’s about an hour later and I’m sick to my stomach. Absolutely horrible experience. Look, I understand that it’s a low paying job but at least train people before you put them in charge of making food.

When we moved here in February, we didn't mind it. For the past few months, it is been so disgusting we can't even walk in. The full half (or more) of the store with the bathroom always smells like some animal just did their business in there, then you get to the other half and it smells like my turtle's terrarium from when I was in kindergarten. If that wasn't enough to kill your appetite, ordering MTO and seeing the typical Sheetz pricing for small portions of garbage that taste like pure salt will finish the job. Please explain to me how the 2 for $6 sandwhiches we just decided to not order came out to $20!?

I work near this location and stop in often to buy cigarettes. It always smells like someone took a dump right in the middle of the store. Every. Single. Time. I don’t understand how your employees make it through a shift with that smell. The fact that food is being made there and it always smells like sewage is disgusting.

This particular Sheetz was a great store to work for when hired approx 2 years ago. Had decent hours and the pay wasn't too bad. Employees were nice, helpful and appreciated any help provided. After the store closed for rebuild. There were many customers who did not want the change. After the closer, most employees got transferred to different stores until the rebuilt was complete. Most employees who left for different stores (eventually) left the company all together. Better work, better environment or better pay. After the rebuilt, maybe 5 to 10 employees were brought back to the store. Most of them daylight except for maybe 2 overnight employees (including myself). At which point, my hours were heavily reduced to approx 5 to 10 hours a week which we all know isn't enough to live on. After several attempts talking to the manager at the time for more hours, call if anyone calls off etc. I was essentially forced to quit because of the hours. While employed, I've heard from other employees that store managers can and have reduced part time employees hours so drastically that they make them quit. What's the point of working for a company if its just a big revolving door? Because of it, I refuse to walk in a Sheetz. Plus, in actuality, their food really isn't that good to begin with (imo).

This place seemed fine after the remodel but for the past two or so weeks it's smelled like awful sewage. As soon as you open the door, you get a big whiff of something awful. I refuse to do anything but get gas there. Yikes.

If you are ordering any type of hot food, do not order from any app. The cooks are very lazy so if you do want any fresh food, make sure you go in there and watch them make the food to make sure that it is fresh and on time. If your food shows up undercooked melted or hard, it is not on the DoorDash or trust me it is on the cooks, five times I have ordered food and it has came back. Unacceptable but every time I physically go in the food is great. Do not trust these people if you are not standing there watching them fix your food. Also make sure if you do order any type of ordering to make sure you look at your receipt and the receipt that comes from the store because they don’t want to make they will surely make sure they take off the tag

I love sheets, this one by far has made me the most uncomfortable I've ever been at a gas station. the staff only about 3 of them are polite you say good morning or have a good day the one older guy grunts at you thanks for making my visit pleasant I appreciate it smh the building is nice and I'm going to stop at that. But as of now they get 2 stars for unpleasant interactions and this is my new local sheets I'd rather go back to beaver falls sheets
