Found a nail in my truck tire, called them to see if they could fit me in before they closed and without hesitation they told me to come in. They fixed the issue and didn’t even charge me. This was excellent service. Highly recommended.

Be careful if you choose this company with one of your most expensive commodities. They over charge for everything and most likely sabotage the vehicles. I know for a fact that I got a tune up last year. So I go to change out spark plugs and a coil pack this year. I had to break the spark plugs under severe tention and to me look like the original spark plugs. I am to the point of bankruptcy due to them maxing out the cost or simple things from inspections. I am a long time client of theirs and this is how I am repaid. Had to buy a new car. Thanks but I am done with Goodyear forever. Time to find a good mechanic. Wish me luck folks

After replacing my battery, I still had a small un-noticed problem. (I didn't originally take the car for this problem) When I called, Chris, Mike and Jason all worked to correct the new issue in a timely manner all while keeping me informed. Great work!

Lazy employees. I watched them send my lug nuts home with an air gun like they've never heard of a torque wrench, and they couldn't be bothered to learn my tpms location after rotating my tires. I'd rather they just left them. I wouldn't bring a toaster to them, yet alone my vehicles.Certifications don't mean you're not lazy and cut corners. When you cut a corner, you're left with two more corners. Time to retire.

Honest and fair. I’ve been going to different Protech auto group locations for all my car needs for years. I will continue to go there because of how honest the technicians are, which is a rare trait. A trait that I've seen in many Protech locations, so they must be owned by good people with a good morale compass. They are very reasonably priced and will never recommend a service that isn’t truly needed. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers, and seem like truly good people. I have had some bad experiences with car shops before and am very grateful to have a place like Protech auto group, near by, for all my car needs.Services: Tires

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PKACE!!!! Worst experience ever!! Terrible customer service from Jason. Way over priced! And completely under experienced!!! I took my truck there for an alignment! A newer truck with low miles! Only when the truck was ready to be picked up did Jason inform me that my alignment was unable to be done because of a bolt. However my truck drove fine just a little off on the alignment! Getting my truck back, it shakes going down the road! Hitting bumps it bounces and drives wayyyyy out of alignment! If I let me steering wheel go the truck immediately swerves off the road! I have to hold my steering wheel from turning right!! So they couldn’t do it because of a bolt (which was a lie) and made the one side way out of alignment! So now my wheels are fighting the road and now I have to take my truck to get another place to have this corrected! Mind you I am a mechanic just don’t have access to an alignment machine! I switched from a dealership to semi trucks so can’t do it myself anymore! They had no clue what they were talking about! Very disturbing that they would let people’s vehicles leave worse then they came!! I REPEAT ABSOLUTELY DO BIT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE IF YOU WANT SOMETHING DONE RIGHT!!! I've been using Baden Protech for years even though it's not the closest place because I trust them to do necessary maintenance and repairs without upselling. Needed a gasket and two bolts replaced on my gmc savana van that has 20,000 miles on it $800 later they replaced full exhaust from cat converter to tailpipe. I'll never go there again.
