Got our taxes done there last year. Went to schedule for this year but they had a persons information attached to ours that we don’t know. They tried to claim we provided this persons information but not at all possible as we don’t know the other person. Will not be going back as now our information does not feel safe. Also feel bad for the other person as they gave us all their information over the phone as well.

They really upcharged everyone and We didn't get the service! Don't care what the covid caused h&r block... ! Tell us why are we paying 300 and up and still the end of June and I still don't have my refund? Oh filed in march after the new laws came into play? I have filed with you since I was 16 and I still have a simple return and No return! I will do my own Next Year..!
