I have a monthly wash package and normally the service is above expected but recently I stopped in the morning at around 7:50 AM, I know they don't normally open till 8 but all the open signs were out , doors were open , open sign lit up in the window, I pulled in , and was immediately greeted in the rudest of manners and was told "8 o clock" and was turned away, if you don't want people pulling in before 8 then don't advertise that you are open , I get it , maybe it was a simple mistake , but the way I was treated was not professional in the least, I don't want to cancel my wash package but I don't know if I feel comfortable to continue going,

Please do not be smoking as an attendant when scanning my QR code on my phone. My car smells like smoke now and couldn't open my windows obviously because I was in a car wash. Unprofessional.

I have been to this car wash several times and all the employees are very personable. They really take the time to get to know their regular customers. I’ve also met the owner and he is a consummate professional. I have been to many car washes and Crown Car Wash definitely gives me the best results that last. 10/10 would recommend.Service: Full body wash
