As soon as I wrote my review, the owner of Capones tax services got a hold of me and she fixed all my worries. I recommend this tax service to anybody and everybody. I am a small business owner hopefully in the future, she can save me a lot of money.

I will not be using these services again. After weeks of hearing nothing I called multiple times and received a guarantee that our taxes would be filed on time. Finally, I called on April 15th and was told they'd be filing an extension. (Notice I had to call each time, there was no proactive call to me). The taxes were eventually filed, and now I've received notices from the state of Pennsylvania that the filing was incorrect and I owe more money and Interest. Additionally the IRS has sent me a letter stating payments were late and now I owe payment AND interest AND fees. I do not recommend. This has been a headache and continues to be a waste of my time.

For as long as I have lived and work and had to file taxes, I have always gone to Big Box corporate "services" for filing my taxes because I didn't know any better. Not terribly personalized, and they were designed to get you in, turn you out, get your money and move on. Didn't care once you left. And they overcharged.

Terrible! Dropped our taxes off three weeks ago and they still weren't done. Asked when they would be done got attitude from Stacy. A shame i use to really like this place.
