“We had to “retire” our old Jeep, and they made it simple and painless. Gave us a few hundred bucks to boot. Very fair. While there, I asked about a part for our “new used” car, and, while I didn’t have time to straighten it out, they stated that when I was ready, to give them a call, and they’d comb their inventory and let me know if they have what I need. I’ll be giving them a call, and hopefully some business, in a few weeks. Recommended.”

“I highly recommend this shop to anyone that has car audio or tinting needs. I took my sons car that we just purchased there to get the tiny on his back window replaced. He quoted me a great price and we made the appointment. I dropped the car off and found out that the job was not anywhere near as simple as what was anticipated. Multiple days and a whole lot of man hours were put into that car, and I was kept aware every step of the way. Regardless of the time they spent on it, they honored the original price, and the new tint looks amazing. Thanks for a job well done.”

“If you aren't getting your parts from NAPA, and you continue to go to Autozone or Advanved, you're doing it wrong.The guys at Napa know what they are doing, and will do whatever they can to help you find the part you need. I've called to get parts ordered, and have had them call me back 20-30 minutes later, telling me they were able to find it either cheaper, or faster, and that should let you know that they care about you as a customer, because they're still trying to help you out, even after you've hung up.These guys sell quality parts, for a reasonable price. They may not be as cheap as the other guys, but you won't be replacing the same sensor every six months, either.”

I went into this store in rochester and I had mentioned or mumbled that I couldn't see my My gypstick clearly. I grabbed my oil and at the register I was told I was one quart low . I found that the assistant manager mark had checked my oil and even left the hood open works an awesome guy And that's what I call great customer service.”
“I'm a professional photographer who lives and works near Novak. They hired me to take new photos of their facility, staff, and process. I've never had to buy parts from them, but if my amazing professional experience with them is any indication, I would a wonderful shopping experience with them. Penny, Roger, Nathan, and Casey were so warm and welcoming. Within 10 minutes, I could literally see myself working on their team. Hahaha! Everyone there was so helpful, professional, and fun. Their facility is organized and efficient. It was cool to see how much effort they put into properly removing liquids from cars so that nothing harms the environment. I also learned how they use their facility to benefit local fire departments and other groups. Novak is a class act!”

Went shopping came back to get the car paid for it, the lady told me to go on the website for $20 back! It was a lot cheaper to get my oil done there.
