It’s 6pm and the door is locked. I’m a truck driver and needed a screen protector for my phone. This is the second time I needed to get something and no one was available at this location. As the photo shows they should be open.

In April my wife & I engaged Verizon as our wireless provider through the Verizon store in Avondale. The staff were particularly helpful & knowledgeable throughout the changeover process. Recently, a few confusing items appeared on our bill & we stopped in the store to find the origin of the items. Melissa, the store manager, was engaged in a conference call but immediately stopped to help us. The billing issue was not one that she had seen previously, which resulted in Melissa engaging with Verizon & card issuer customer service people over a period of two hours without receiving an answer to a simple question regarding the origin of the questionable charges. However, her efforts enabled her to obtain the information she used to answer the question herself & identify the necessary corrective action. Her diligence in resolving a relatively small problem greatly appreciated.

We recently changed from ATT. to Verizon cell in Avondale Pa. Melissa the manager was beyond excellent. We had a difficult issue on which she pulled out all the stops and spent a great deal of time solving the issue. Our admiration for her goes beyond corporate. Through her we received satisfaction. She deserves a huge raise.

Excellent service! We arrived just minutes before closing and Zach was patient and did not make us feel rushed helping us decide on the best way to proceed with a new phone and line. Highly recommend this Verizon store and Zach next time you are in the market for a new device.
