Excellent service! We arrived just minutes before closing and Zach was patient and did not make us feel rushed helping us decide on the best way to proceed with a new phone and line. Highly recommend this Verizon store and Zach next time you are in the market for a new device.

Adam was awesome, definitely knows his stuff. Was ready to leave Verizon but he quelled all my issues and I even walked out with a new phone, Netflix & Disney plus on a crazy discount. There’s people you talk to that you know are just full of it, but Adam’s not one of them. You can tell he’s a vet in the cell phone game but he’s not out to get you. Great store

I always come to the store when it's time to make changes to my phone. Can't ask for a nicer or more knowledgeable guy than Johnny. Adam is a stellar techy too. You want to be sure to visit and get your upgrades through them!
