Was totally defrauded by the salesperson at the store. Noticed 6 new devices on our bill. Called the store to have lines removed and of course brand new manager who has no clue how to fix the problem. Seems like it happens often at this location. Time to switch carriers!

Honestly, worst customer service. I upgraded my phone because I was told free upgrade. I was billed for me device. I called and they said give it 2 months and will fall off. (4 associates at the store when I purchased) and all said free upgrade. I called in multiple times and now I need to upgrade my plan or I have to pay. They “don’t know when the manager will be in/one I dealt with wasn’t there anymore” but stopped in and he was there). Please don’t waste your time. I’m hours into something that is going nowhere.

I stopped by 3 weeks ago and was attended to by Scott. Scott is the personification of excellent service , displaying among other qualities missing in other Tmobile : INTEGRITY !

I recently visited the T-Mobile in Avondale and was assisted by Ryan. His customer service was exceptional. He patiently answered all my questions and helped me find the perfect product for my needs. It’s rare to see someone so committed and enthusiastic about their job. His attention to detail and genuine care for customers is a breath of fresh air. Definitely an asset to the T-Mobile team!

Try a different location. I really don’t have the time of day to argue with them. Unprofessional, i was recommended Christiana t mobile and that’s where I went first had a good experience until I decided I wanted a second Wi-Fi box, and this location was closer, called ahead of time and asked If I would get the same deal, they said yes so I went and got it, got my statement next month I’m being overcharge 100+. Went and return the box, they said I could leave it and they would cancel it for me. Turns out they never canceled it, now I gotta take more time of my day to call a t mobile corporate.. I already have a busy schedule . Do not come to this location .

T-Mobile advertises their customer friendly policies and their price lock guarantee. But recently T-Mobile has raised their prices by $10 if you do not give them a debit card or bank account for monthly charges. That means if you previously used a credit card to pay your monthly bill and even if T-Mobile never had an issue with that method of payment from a long term customer, they will eliminate their $10 discount, effectively raising their charges in violation of their own price lock guarantee. T-Mobile has had two security breaches and now wants their customers to forgo the federal protections of using a credit card.

‼️ BEWARE‼️I JUST SPOKE WITH CORPROATE AND ACCORDING TO CORPORATE THIS STORE IS UNAUTHORIZEDBe very careful with this store, they will add lines you are not aware of, charge you for phone cases then give you cheaper ones, and make up promotions that do not exist. My parents just went through the ringer with TMobile corproate to get their money back. They were promised they would be reimbursed if they paid off their phones with another provider, they were promised $300 credit on each of their phones if they traded them in. Neither phones were documented as traded in and went missing, and the $900 pay out with the other provider will not be reimbursed because it was a made up promotion. They were charged for otter boxes and given a cheaper cases. The manager Craig a complete liar. Avoid this store!!
