“I have always received great service from this location from shipping to notary service. I dropped them to 4 stars because the last visit near year’s end, I was referred to another desk to get service when the staffer was clearly tied up with a detailed passport or other official issue. Once done she looked at me and walked away. She said NOTHING. Others lined up behind me with no one directing us for 15 minutes only to send me back to the desk where I started. I would have happily waited at the original desk- I could see they were busy and I was patient. I just find it rude to ignore me and say nothing - even a simple sentence - ‘I’m heading to another desk and cannot help.” - is a basic courtesy. She is the only staff person I encountered there like that. Hopefully she was just having a bad day as that was unprofessional.”

Even made sure it went right onto the delivery truck while I was there. My husband had been in this store about a week before I was and he said that he had a great experience as well. “The other post offices in NCC should have to emulate Hockessin post office employees. It is such a pleasant yet rare occurrence that you are treated as a human being when visiting a federal or state facility. Why do I expect to be treated like less of a person or why do we allow them to get away with mistreating the public and a consumer. If your job makes you so miserable you harm another by your actions you should find another job and replace the miserable with clones of Hockessin employees. You have a forever customer in me. Thank you for your diligence in representing the federal government in a positive and pleasant manner. You have restored my faith in humanity!”

“So my experience in the past with shipping has not been good. I ship items from all across US to FL every week and for thousands of dollars every month. This UPS store is very good and very affordable. If you are reading this review and shipping items won from the area auction houses, this UPS store is very good. If you need help or need advice on shipping items affordable they in my experience are exceptional. I spend time and money with shipping companies and Parcel and More is extremely fair with shipping and packing. I have read reviews from others and communication and helpfulness is always mentioned and it should. So please ignore the 1 star reviews the operation and communication is far superior than other shipping operators and definitely the best when compared to other UPS stores. Remember these are franchise operators and not owned by UPS. So each location has different management and staff. I was apprehensive at first but once I began the staff impressed me so please give them an opportunity and ignore the nonsense of the 1 star reviews. Thank you Parcel & More. I really had to say something since people have not reviewed your store correctly.”

“Small post office, usually I am able to get in and out with no lines. The ladies there are generally pretty friendly and accommodating. Today however a new gentleman I've never seen, was working. I was waiting to be served with 2 large packages and he just sat there watching/listening to his sports channel. No greeting. No acknowledgement. No nothing. It was clear I was standing there with my packages and he ignored me. Very unprofessional and frustrating when this is the least busiest post office I have ever been to. One star off for his terrible customer service. Do your job or don't even bother coming in.”
“I've worked with a lotta post offices in the SE PA area. This is the best I've had experience with, bar none. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They understand my needs as a decent sized customer and make my life easy. I really couldn't ask for more. My total incoming/outgoing volume is around 600 packages a year for perspective. So not a ton but enough for it to be a real pain if they weren't so great.”

A gentleman opened the door, asked me to return, and took my package and phone to get the qr code. Returned my phone and wished me well. “We walk in today to renew my passport and my friend to get a new one. We luck out, Jason, postmaster was on duty. He is friendly, efficient, calm and put you at ease. If all the employees are like him, everyone will likely come back to the place. He should get an award from the Postal office, hope all the postmasters like him. He got us out from there in no time and still able to serve regular customers. Thank you..”

“I have never really had an issue with this place, except few years back their was terrible grumpy lady at the desk, that didn't say anything to you walked and acted like you are nuisance. I love my mail carriers though. I never had any major issues with packages being lost/or opened. they been damaged but i don't think it's necessarily their fault.”
