The staff are always helpful and kind. The first time I took my puppy, he threw up his entire breakfast. The staff calmly got me what I needed to clean it up and helped me. Mickey is 5 months now and no longer doing that! He enjoys perusing the aisles, smelling bags, picking out a toy, and admiring the hamsters, ferrets, and cats. Great adventure on a hot or rainy day.

My family has been going to this vet for years with our dog, when we brought my cat into the picture, Dr. Beach easily made appointments for him and took the upmost care of my cat! After a secondary incident of my cat getting a possible UTI, I was afraid I may be shamed as a “cat mom” or seem irresponsible, but they did not even seem to have a slight of judgement! They just took him in and got him all sorted out, and now he’s doing great! I love it here, personally, I love seeing all the cats around the property that always make their way up to me to say hi!

Just picked up our puppy this morning after a 14 day stay. Michele and staff were awesome to Selena. It helps to be able to see the dogs on the Cams. They are caring and in tune to each dog. We were relieved and happy Selena had a great time. Many thanks to all especially Michele for taking such good care of her. She’s been exhausted but it’s all good ❤️

Alexis and Terry were wonderful. They came to my house and worked with me and my dog to come up with training that fit the 2 of us. Honestly the training was more for me understanding what my dog needed from me so he would do what I wanted him to do. I am not very ambulatory and get around in a scooter. Alexis and Terry showed me how to handle my dog and also how to keep him out of my way when I am on steps, or going from my scooter to the car. My dog is much happier now that he knows what I want from him and all he has to worry about is loving me and the family. He is still very protective, which is great, but with one command, he knows that I have everything under control and he can relax and be a dog. He has even learned a few new commands and it was super easy to teach him what I wanted after the training. They knew I planned on having him with me most of the time so we even did a session at Glasgow Park and Lowes in Newark. Kobe loves going to Lowes. If you want your dog to follow your commands and be happy while doing so give Alexis or Terry a call.
