It's Lowe's. It never has what you need. No one knows where anything is and what they do have is overpriced and under quality. Itll get you ' close enough ' until you order the proper parts elsewhere.

When they give you a refund, they put it on a Lowe’s card then they asked for your drivers license. What happens if you don’t have a drivers license very rude people

Stood around for 20 minutes waiting for someone to unlock some tools since they decided to lock everything up. The old fool that finally came was too stupid to even open the case. It’s a nice looking store but the service is garbage.

After a fourth try with delivery, we still don't have a fridge. My mother is 84 years old and has had to empty out the current fridge 3 times only to find a dent again on the new one. The delivery company must not care about how they load equipment into trucks. With the third delivery the intaller cut the the wires to the middle drawer. We are stuck with using Lowes due to the credit we were given to replace the original faulty fridge. The sales person we have be dealing with deserves 5 stars. But I'm very surprised that steps were not made by management to ensure this didn't happen

Previous service was great but they suggested a number of “needed repairs” which I questioned and when I brought to my local mechanic he said those were not legit! Very disappointed! Won’t be back unfortunately!

Poor service lack of communication. Lies. Did not give delivery driver accurate instruction. 12 hrs window of delivery told I would be notified between 6 pm and 9pm of delivery window never happened told driver would call 30 min prior he never received that info no call. Told I would be notified the item was picked up at store by driver. Received item 30 kin. Ago still no call. Poor company. Not the first time this store has screwed a delivery. Also delivery was pickup up at store with a damaged box.
