“Was with AAA Insurance for the past 3 years. Rates went up by 40%, despite dropping a car and no longer having a child or any accidents / tickets. So called the local State Farm office and worked with Todd Smith. Not only did he reduce the AAA new price but he reduced it below the original rate and added benefits. Plus if I have an issue I can go see him in person. AAA Insurance was a typical call center, absolutely no help. Plus its nice to give $$ back to local small businesses!!!”
