We have several complaints about this specific location! The other day we took a truck load of various things after reading their Facebook site to make sure we were taking ONLY what they accept! Well the employee working at drop off told us that they no longer take certain items? I said to the employee that he should familiarize himself with their Facebook site cause I just read through it! This is not the only location that has been rejecting good merchandise? The other issue that we have is that their clearance section is gone?? I’m tired of donating to all the Goodwill OVERPAID CEO, CFO, etc! The items you donate no longer are affordable for the folks whom shop Goodwills! There are many other organizations, Churches that appreciate all donations!

Used to frequent this location, but there is no longer nothing exciting to see here anymore.Kinda like they are trying to sell their trash to people sadly. I just can not spend my hard earned money on trash... srry I would feel like a fool.

Absolutely Never again. $6.99 for a used shirt when Target, Walmart, Old Navy all sell BRAND new for less and allow returns. Goodwill has lost its appeal for "cheap options" and lost their minds. When you throw things on racks and have a dirty store with slow staff what's the reason for the prices? Customer service is non existent. We were on vacation and used this store in a pinch... Never again??

Come up with a better procedure when something is not priced than “oh sorry, we can’t sell this to you.” Is there really no one in the building that can price the item for you ? Seriously? Everything is donated for FREE. Rubs me the wrong way , especially when I had to tell my son we couldnt get something he put in the cart. Please please PLEASE come up with a better procedure.

I worked here for around 8 months and let me tell you...DONT WORK HERE!!! the general manager watches the cameras 24/7 and you get written up for the smallest dumbest mistakes. It was a very stressful environment and you don't get to shop! only on certain days. pay sucks. especially for the work that you are required to do.

I hope Goodwill starts taking these reviews seriously & returns the store back to the way it was. I used to love going to this store but not anymore. The prices are jacked way up for garbage. Rather than go to Goodwill you're better off shopping on Craigslist, eBay, FB Market Place, garage sales etc.. I'm still in shock this place is selling used and damaged stuff for more than you can purchase brand new, unbroken and shipped for free to your home. If you think you're going to get a deal, find anything of value then think again. Shame on you Goodwill!

Holy cow! The prices are ridiculous. Whoever is in charge of pricing needs a training class. I mean come on…I can get the exact same thing brand new at a discount store. Insane!

Always a great selection of items, but all Goodwills have jacked their prices up. You can buy some items that they have there new at other places. $2.00 for a wooden spatula? Really?

Hubby and I have been coming to here for YEARS - when it was split between a regular goodwill and the outlet. Now there is no outlet(bins), and just useless junk that has sky high prices on it. It's freaking ridiculous.(And they literally have food and trash on the shelf. Literal food and trash)This was already out of our way, but every so often we would drive out of the way to visit. Not anymore.Y'all definitely lost a customer. This store is gross and disgusting now.Do yourself a favor and just mark this location off your list to visit. Not worth it.

Since Goodwill discovered online auctioning it was only a matter of time until they took their business to the next level and started selling their best selling categories there. It’s all over now for us, bargain-hunting folk. This store is not any different and actually worse. The bargain buns are gone, but I never enjoyed that area anyway. Their jewelry section is completely gone (in all Goodwills actually), the clothing prices went up so much that a pilled-up Free People top will cost you $20! Dresses are $8.99-$14.99, tops $6.99 and up.The stuff on the shelves is comical in its content and pricing. Read the other reviews - it’s all true. Some items are more than retail, useless things all over those long rows of shelves priced way over what you’d expect. I saw a baggie of used sewing thread for $9.99…The only hope to finding something of interest is if THEY miss an item of value and let it get to the shelf, or if you really, really know your collectibles. Although it will have to be something from holiday decor, kitchen pots, pans, glasses and dishes, framed art, craft supplies, sports equipment, and random small metal objects like racks, trinket trays etc.

Outlet center is no more, just a big regular goodwill rack store. Didn't see anyone update saying it took out it's outlet

I was there on Saturday Sept 6. It was flooded with patrons with only two caishers. I felt very disappointed in the array of books scattered everywhere. I took it upon myself to straightened what I was able to do as patron. It's the librarian or teacher in me. There were books behind the shelves and it seemed to me that the employees have not carried about presentation. The books seemed as if they were plastered to the wall as artwork like a puzzle. Granted I observed only two clerk and one on the sales floor. I even took it upon to assist with cleaning up the bathroom i did ecwn have the tools to clean mind you. There needs to be a manager on weekends. It's crucial for this to transpires sales. Please please manager hire more people thank u

Last 3 things I bought from here I got burned on. don't buy anything electronic unless you know every detail about it or know 100% that it works. bin room is gone so now its just all junk. anything that has any kind of value or they think has any kind of value has a ridiculous price on it to the point where you might as well just buy it new. They also manipulate prices. there's a bike on the floor that has had the sticker and price change 4 times now because the "color of the week" would have made it cheaper. also keep in mind they get all their stuff for FREE FROM DONATIONS. I rarely give places bad reviews but this is honestly one to avoid.
