It was about my needs and what would work best for me. During the process of getting set up they explained everything on every crazy question I ( ding bat) had. Even today, If I have a question I can send an email only to get a quick response during the week or first thing Monday; maybe Tuesday if a vacation or holiday? I can call too. I haven’t had to wait forever in hold, like my old insurance company. On top of that I get the app which is a bit easier to use than my old company’s. “I have been using A & A Auto Tags for years and not just to transfer vehicles. They have notary services as well. They have employees that speak both English and Spanish for all the people living in the area. They are wonderful employees and always have a smile. For me, they are close, convenient, and their prices are great. Most recently, I bought a car in Delaware and had to wait for the DE title to arrive. Once I had the title, they processed everything so when done, I walked out with the registration card in hand and not the pink slip.
