“A few weeks back I made a reservation with a different rental car service and the day I was suppose to pick up it fell through! Even after I made a reservation a week earlier.Norma who was with hertz was absolutely solid, went out her way to help me out and get my problem resolved EVEN though I did not make a reservation through them initially. She was patient, kind, down to earth and showed genuine kindness (that’s extremely difficult to find these days.)Norma if you ever see this thank you for showing up in clutch that day!! Not only are you a great employee with Hertz but for being a person who gave me hope that there’s kindness that still exists. Keep your light bright!!!
