I take my beloved dog here for boarding when I go on trips that I can’t take her with me and they are excellent. They are attentive to any special needs your dog has and I have called to check on her before and they are responsive. They also offer grooming which is a plus so she comes home fresh and clean.

We take our pomsky Lola here, and they are so good with her! They love her and treat her as their own, and they are excellent at dealing with her anxiety. I would recommend them to anyone with a beloved pet!

I used these people for boarding for six years. They overcharge every opportunity they can. For example, they only allow pet pick up between 8:30am and 11am on Saturday. If you do not pick up exactly at 8:30am , they charge you the full day. This last Saturday I picked up at 10am and they charged a full day for the 90 min my dog was there.This has been going on for six years. So I'm guessing this place has overcharged me $300 to $400 in total over the years.Then there is the issue of lost harnesses, toys and blankets. Everytime I pick up my dogs something is missing.I'm done with this business.

Cindy’s had no problems taking my special needs deaf boxer last minute for the thanksgiving holiday. What a lifesaver for an out-of-towner! My pup was clean, well taken care of and happy when I picked her up. Many thanks to you and the staff for taking care of Holly.

My dog has several special needs and has only boarded once previously to staying here. This facility treated me and my dog like family from our first steps through their door. Completely genuine and understanding!

Highly recommend against sending you’re pets there. This business will refuse to be accountable or responsible for an action that is their own fault. They seem to struggle most with keeping their word based on time. Look at their other reviews, you can see how nasty they are with customers.Terrible experience, pointed out a simple error and the lady working register became very very combative. I simply was looking to hear sorry it was miscommunication… instead I got “How old are you” “You’re generation is stupid” “I make $58,000” (her trying compare income, hoping she made more then me… she didn’t and that hurt her ego very clearly). After the lady at register said all those nasty comments she said for me to just leave so I said okay… she then said “We’ll get my money in court” so I stopped and didn’t leave because at no point was I refusing to pay them. At that point I asked to clear things up with the owner and was refused… (which due to the employee threatening me I feel like any reasonable person would have spoken to the owner) after I left the owner called me and blew me up never letting me speak once to explain my story. The owner then proceeded to call me names like a child and say that she will call other kennel around to let them know about me… which is slander. I am sure the lady working the register feed the owner a line of BS about me, but as a leader you seek truth and hear sides before coming to a conclusion. During the incident both the lady at the register and owner were nothing but highly disrespectful, unprofessional and unbelievably rude. They didn’t care or wanna hear anything. I work with people in my career and I wouldn’t imagine ever hiring anyone like them.Upon leaving they didn’t return her harness, this could have very likely been a simple error though (things happen… like communication errors). The kennel said they feed Kitty 2 scopes of food a day (Thursday Evening-Sunday Evening. Yet bags of food we provided came back very full that at most 1-1/2 scopes were ever used. For the entire stay, nothing was ever said to me about her not eating. Yes dogs can go and sometimes not eat which is normal… but what’s not normal is the kennel claiming they did something and clearly they didn’t. There was no mention during her stay or after I picked her up about her not eating food.Just to be clear it was only 1 employee and the owner who were like this. I saw and spoke to two others, who were very nice and seemed like great people. They also listened so I could show them an error on their page. I am sure all the employees there and Cindy will see this. Those of you know who didn’t say nasty things you were great don’t take this review personally.If you are one of their potential customers and this post concerns you feel free to reach out and I will provide what happened in full, as nobody should be spoken to by a business owner and employee that way ever.

This place doesn't keep there word. Told them my situation and the time frame I had to work with. They promised me they could have my pup done. Just told it will be at least 1.5 to 2 hrs longer than promised. Took my pup home. Will not be going back.
