I had a terrible experience at this location. The staff member at the counter was unprofessional and unfriendly. When I inquired about where to drop off my package, his response was shockingly rude. Given the treatment I received, it's clear why others might also be frustrated. This level of service is simply unacceptable.

Man at the counter said he was too busy to sell me a stamp so I could mail a card for Father’s Day. He told me to go to the next post office down the street. If you can’t help customers why not just close your doors and save everyone some money.

Jeff and others are very friendly / helpful at this post office. This location has become my go to for sending out packages for this reason. They are knowledgeable and forthcoming with this knowledge, and it's appreciated!

Never open when I show up, even during normal business hours.

Man behind the counter was very rude, I'm not surprised I'm the only one here leaving a review about his hostility. I politely asked where he wanted me to put an outgoing package and he became hostile.

3/21/2024 12:00 Man behind a counter has an attitude problem. He had no problem yelling at me for losing grip of the door. This is just a warning for anybody who goes to that location.

VERY VERY POOR ATTITUDE of the woman behind the counter.VERY RUDE!!!!!!!! To every single customer in the long line because it was getting close to noon when she closes for lunch (which in itself is absolutely ridiculous - WHAT other businesses close in the middle of the day???)If she's so miserable then she should NOT be working with the public!!!

I visited this location because the KOP USPS has a “close for lunch” sign up at 1:30. I was able to run in quickly and send my package. The man at the counter was very kind and helpful and there was no line. I’ll definitely come to this location from now on!

The worker just took my package, turned it upside down, shook it, and twirled it before tossing it into the pile. Yes, I know it might get jostled during shipping, but that was totally unnecessary.

They don't treat people like humans or with respect. Unfortunately i find this at most USPS offices I've been to in the Philly area.

Yesterday, I went to the US Post Office in Audubon, PA to mail a package. I asked the postal clerk for the rates for mailing my package; two day vs. four day. She (Kim Parker was her name) told me that the rate for two day would be $13.75 and four day would be $13.50. "Great," I said. "I will take the two day". She rang me up and told me the charge would be $51.00. I then asked her, "Why the $51.00 when you quoted me $13.50?" Noticing that the return address on my package was a retirement community (over 55 and up), she very curtly responded, "I don't have the time to explain it to you senior citizens. You are too stupid to understand the explanation." I said, "What!, That is a rude comment!" "No, you are rude for asking," she said. I left never to do business at the US Post Office in Audubon, PA again. I did file a complaint with the US Postmaster General and my US Congress Representative. We will see how far this goes. Sadly, this is our taxpayer dollars at work!

Unacceptable service. I witnessed a rude counterperson disrepecting a female customer telling her that she had 30 seconds and to hurry up so he could close for lunch. Did you know USPS will not tape your box shut? Is that customer service??
