Colin, the manager, is amazing! He goes over and above to serve his customers! He actually is calming and understanding when a document needs to be notarized and or packages need to be shipped! Always quality service. I use this shipping store all the time and would go no where else! Love this place : )

Colin and Kris were super helpful with my return. They were able to assist me in printing out my return label all while being quick, efficient and attentive to the other customers that were in the store.

Scheduled an appointment through their website a week in advance to have a document notarized on a Saturday morning. When I got there I was told that they didn't notarize documents on Saturdays. They claim that they can't update the website to prevent people from scheduling appointments. But other UPS stores seem to be able to do this. They also couldn't explain why they didn't call me to let me know that they wouldn't have someone on staff at the appointment time.

From the first time I visited this store, I was struck by the customer service. Brandon (I think?) and Genesis are ALWAYS friendly, patient and helpful. I’ve been going to the store almost weekly this spring and I chose this store because of the amazing customer service. I always leave feeling happy and good and that’s due to the staff demeanor.

Bad experience, the person at the counter was very rude and told me to leave the store because I asked too many questions! I will never go back, very bad service.

this ups store manager wouldn’t know his name because he didn’t introduce himself or give his name at all. i called on a monday 2 hours after i dropped package off because the package was wrong and needed not to be shipped. i was working and was unable to make it by the end of the day. they manager shipped my package anyway. stating there was nothing he could do. after the package was put aside for cancellation. manager was rude, told me my mother should have done better and that i have no idea how customer service works after asking to have the package canceled and returned to store. because it wasn’t supposed to be shipped. ups shipped a canceled item without my approval, i said i could have my mother pick up package at store. manager states he is unable to access any package information. manager also states “i’m not ups, i don’t wear a brown suit and drive a truck lady what are you not getting”. as the manager of the ups store i dropped my package a, this wild. i spoke with a lovely lady on the phone who pulled up my info and let me know the situation. i asked to give her a call right back as i needed to confirm my mother would be able to pick it up as i was at work. i called back only to have the manager on this phone. he was not only extremely rude to my mother and i. but he is apparently not ups as the manger of a ups store so….good luck if your trying to get a package back they wasn’t supposed to be sent. the manager ig works for idiots incorporated not ups

The employees are friendly and efficient. My experience returning amazon packages always goes smoothly and I feel lucky to live near the audubon ups!!
