Went to this store and asked for a prepaid sim card. The dumb people in the store looked at the sim status of my phone and assumed that my phone is locked. And they did not give me the sim mentioning that my phone is locked. I had to visit another store to get the sim. Waste of my time to visit this store. And also they were so rude when I tried to explain them that my phone is already unlocked. And another dumb girl came and raised her voice. Decided not to argue with these dumb people. King of Prussia store people were very helpful and I got a sim easily.

I went to the store to do an upgrade on my phone. The guy had talked me into getting a watch. We discussed what my bill would be and if I took insurance off of some of my lines, it would be the same price my bill. I also handed in my phone I had for the upgrade. When I receive my bill, it was nowhere near what we discussed. Also, the gentleman did not take insurances off. Also the phone that I handed in disappeared nowhere to be found. When I went into the store to talk to someone I found out the gentleman quit.So I had to deal with the new manager there. Who was very rude, nasty and ignorant. Not just to me but to the other customers as well Who were having the same problem as me from the previous gentleman. I had said why cant you pull up your cameras and see for yourself that I handed my phone in. The manager said we have no access to the cameras systems. I also asked the manager for the name and number of his district manager he refused to give it told me to email him and he would forward it to his district manager. I will never go back to this store. If you go to this store get everything in writing before you change your plan, upgrade your device, or hand in your old device for the upgrade. The phone I handed in still hasn't been found so did an employee take it?

Everything I come to this store, the door are locked,and then I gotta wait for someone to come back from wherever they went. It is very unprofessional to come to a store and nobody is there. When the doors close at 8 PM, this is my second time coming to the store and this has happened. What is going on with professionalism at the store. So now i'm just sitting outside waiting for someone to show up to open the door on a wednesday at 6:30pm

I was in today to upgrade my phone and i was assured by Juliana. She had wonderful customer services skills and i was in and out within a hour so happy to be coming back to this location!!!!

Honestly if I could give this location 0 stars I would, I am very disappointed with the level of professionalism at this establishment. From the minute we came in and we tried to tell them that customer service told us to come in they replied with “and you decided to come in the last 10 min.” Which I replied, with “if customer service hadn’t told us to come in, we wouldn’t have to come in.” Mind you the phone employee was working on his coworkers line for her. They told us that they couldn’t help us reset our pin when customer service told us they could so we took their word up on it and decided to just get verified with an ID. While this was happening they had the door lock so “no one else could come in” when there was still 5 min left to close. They told us that was all we needed to do, and we took their word on it we then called customer service back and they informed us that the information they had given us was untrue, and that they could have reset the pin and advised us to go to the store for further assistance, which at this time we couldn’t, because they had had closed. I am very upset with the non-transparency or ethics going on in this location.

First visit the staff was rude and said they can not help us unless we brought a plan. Even when we already had a plan and just needed SIM cards installed. The second visit and apparently the last staff was let go so we gave them another chance. Was told we would get a bigger trade. In value for both our phones but had to buy Apple Watches. We dropped off our phones to another store cause they said they couldn’t take them. The other store told us everything they said wasn’t true. I’ve asked for district manager and still no response. Do yourself a favor and just deal with t-mobile over the phone. They are scammers.

My wife Ann Marie and I were in need of two new phones, and a new carrier. The staff there went out of their way to get us the best plan, with the best rebates, at the absolute lowest cost. What a great experience!!! Goodbye Comcast !!

Eric and Vick are amazing! We came in right before closing really in need of a new contract and number. They couldn’t be more happy to assist us even though we kept them from closing up on a Saturday night. 100% recommend heading their for help! Thanks again guys!!!!!!

The manager Bruce despite the store being under staffed, handled the clients well. Really patient, knowledgeable and customer friendly.He was making sure clients receive what they needed in the store.
