Pharmacy doesn’t answer their phone (well past their lunch break), doesn’t notify when prescriptions are ready, and one of their techs is pretty rude. The actual pharmacists from whom I’ve gotten vaccinations are nice though. I’ll probably take my 6 prescriptions back to CVS again when I need new prescriptions.

Worst pharmacy! We’ve been in the drive thru waiting for 20 mins while they are helping people inside that came after us. We rang the bell, beeped, they don’t acknowledge you or even look at you. I finally went up to the glass and knocked and then someone came…. Trust me they knew we were there. If you’re not going to run the drive thru put a sign up and don’t waste people’s time…. Actually acknowledge that someone is there! Worst worst place!

When at 11:15 to pick up a prescription. I was told it would be about 30 minutes. Waited 50 minutes. No service. Went back at 3 still no prescription. I was told they were counting the antibiotics pills then. I waited a few more minutes. All and all about 4 hours for them to count out 10 pills.

Worst pharmacy ever. Standing in line for 5 minutes then told they were closing for lunch. Looking to transfer my prescription. Worst way of doing business.

Pharmacy drive-thru takes extremely long,they do not acknowledge that you are there. When you ring the bell they yell at you. When you call, they let the phone ring and ring. Either this Pharmacy needs more employees or a coaching session in customer service.

Older, bigger, white Woman was very rude and nasty towards me when making a return today. Seemed like I was inconveniencing her when she was already sitting down on her phone. Nasty employee with a gross attitude. Both her and another Asian worker. I am very tolerant and respectful of others, they were not. 0/5!

My husband and I always come here to get prescriptions that we need to get filled with no issues, but after tonight 1/15, we’ll be switching pharmacies. My husband was picking up his prescription and was told by the girl working there (dirty blonde hair) that he owed $681 for his medicine. Mind you we have insurance but our Rx cards never came in the mail yet which is fine so she rudely told my husband to use good rx or he’d have to pay full price. He told her that the previous girl gave him a 98% discount and got it for cheap. She told my husband “she’s not here anymore”. When my husband showed her the discount, she shrugged her shoulders and filled his medicine. I do not think someone with her attitude should be working in a pharmacy.
